5 /5 Chelsea Dimond: 10/10 experience! I have unfortunately been to many ER’s in my 30 years of life. This had by far been the best. There is security/metal detector that you must go through when you enter which I appreciate. Triage was kind and attentive. I was taken to my own room and “Jo from patient services” offered my mom and I both heated blankets. Then mom was offered a variety of beverages and gram crackers. (I wasn’t because of testing I may need) My nurse Connor had been incredibly sweet, good humored, knowledgeable, and on-top of his game. Nobody has doubted or second questioned my experiences of symptoms. I haven’t had to advocate for myself because they have been quick to make sure I am heard and made comfortable. My MRI tech was extremely kind and gentle. And my doctor - Dr. Boystve - has been FANTASTIC. I am receiving expert care with top notch explanations of care. I also haven’t had to fight for pain medication which I deeply appreciate. Just an amazing experience- despite me having to be admitted and stay overnight

The check was lousy and they wanted to know if i wanted to register online before they even asked what was the issue. Other than that everything was stellar and even at 0130 all staff were polite and friendly and had bed side manner. Unlike there Martin South!
