Ingemar Lopez Service was prompt and professional. The doctors and staff (Dora, Dr Martin, and Amin) were very pleasant and helpful. It definitely beats the waiting at the Miami Lakes Baptist urgent care. It was very clean and neat. I recommend wholeheartedly. The only drawback could be parking. This shopping plaza has a publix and cvs among a gas station, McDonalds, polo norte, subway and others. I did not have an issue parking right in front of it.

Mini Lugo-Brito As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice front desk gentleman. My wait time in the lobby was 10 minutes max. MA. Dora & Dr. Arroyo were very nice and explained everything clearly. As I was leaving the facility the Vanessa, Elisabeth, and the rest of the staff wished me well. My visit took 25 minutes max. I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone.

Phil Dees Im changing my rate because when I needed him the most, there was no way to get in contact with him or the office. Ive left a lot of messages, that were never answered. Although he is very nice and probably knowledgeable, I noticed that he would put you on newer medication, disregarding the medication I was taking for years even if they were working fine. With the newer ones, I started having all kind of side effects that I was never able to discuss, because nobody picks up the phone. The mail box is always full and theres no way to schedule a visit. The staff is constantly asking for referrals even if they have more than 4 in their system.

I had a appointment for myself with the dr and during the visit I explain to dr Sanchez my husband problem. He told me bring him tomorrow. Dr Sanchez told the secretary to make a appointment for my husband the next day. The secretary told him you are leaving at 12:00 pm. Without any hesitation dr Sanchez told her 1 more patient is not going to make any difference. I will never forget what he did for husband without even knowing him. I will recommend Dr Sanchez a 100 percent,his a very down to earth person.

Mike S By far, the worst medical office Ive had a misfortune to deal with. In 7 months of use they never were able to provide a proper referral, screwed up every single piece of paperwork multiple times, costing me over $1,000 and untold amount of stress and wasting of time. The administrative staff is less than useless. They are below any humanly imaginable level, even by Miami standards. The one single thing they are really good at is sticking the credit card terminal in your face on every visit. The most uncaring, unprofessional bunch Ive had to deal with. I changed PCPs just to get away from this nightmare. And currently considering taking them to court for all the screwed up insurance paperwork and associated costs. Stay away!

David Matta This is the 3rd time I used CareSpot. All the time it was the same pleasant experience. The front desk is always attentive and friendly. I went in for a non-emergency but urgent matter. I just couldn’t hear from left ear. I explained that my insurance has changed and although I had to pay a decent price.. I understand that is because of my insurance. All the nurses that assisted me that day were extremely helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. I did not get their names but it was on Friday 21st around 5pm. Please let them know that I really appreciate their support and healthcare. I will continue to visit CareSpot as my first choice for health urgencies. Thank you.

Viviana Garcia This is for the Physician Assistant Luis Soriano (95% sure that was the spelling of the name on the board). It is NYE (and trust me, I fully understand) but my mom is incredibly sick and we were hoping to get a quick exam 15 minutes before closing. And incredibly loud, enough for the entire lobby to hear (it being just my mom and I and one other person who had already been helped) he yelled “I am not seeing another patient. I’m not doing it. I’m not doing this 5:15, 5:30 crap anymore.” I really couldn’t believe it. The unprofessionalism was beyond me. That’s supposed to be a doctor? That’s who I’m trusting to care for my mom or any other human being who is sick? You want to get to your NYE festivities? People would just like to feel better from being sick, Mr. Luis. Disgusting. As for the woman in the front desk (blonde woman, sorry I didn’t get your name) was very sweet and apologetic. Now I know if I see that name on the board, I’ll just walk right out and go somewhere else. Who wants to be seen by that type of physician anyway.

Soft spoken, truly listened, gave good advise, answered all my questions, Drs bedside manner as it should be (dont see much of that these days). Just Super. If this review were based just on her -- 5 stars it would be. BUT what does it say about an office that you cant get someone to pick up the phone. When the front line is not on duty...it all suffers.

Everyday with Emma This is so disappointing. This office needs to be removed from everything. Dr. Garcia needs to retire. The staff is horrible. I have given them so many chances trying to be nice. They would cancel my appointments and let me drive over there and not say anything. Like call the patients and reschedule them. Then how can I use him as a primary if he can’t clear me for surgery or can’t do primary doctor duties. Even receiving paper work from other doctors is bad. They always say they never received anything. They don’t communicate with other doctors. If you are sick, don’t come here. You’ll die before getting help from this doctor or office. They should be reported. Go find another doctor. . I have to go find another doctor for clearance and my surgery is in 30 days. This is horrible!

I called to speak with the PA who saw my dad and after saying they would return my call, they never did. It also isn’t by appointment and they get you in and out quick. Very disappointed.

Omar Pitaluga They suggested a deep cleaning after they had made the plates and showed them to me and I agreed for two quadrants. What they did to me was so superficial and without anesthesia that it was less than what they have done to me in another clinic when it has been regular cleaning, I have a lot of sensitivity in my teeth and I barely felt anything despite not having had anesthesia, the "specialist "The probe barely entered my gum. Furthermore, the intervention lasted only about 10 or 15 minutes. I have experience in deep cleanings, if it had been real it would have been the third but unfortunately it was a farce, a waste of money for nothing, a deep cleaning. to my pocket, that was it, what a disappointment.

AL S Recently a patient in the emergency room and admitted after. Both Er and upstairs experiences were phenomenal. Dr. Roddy and Dr. Perez both attended to me. Kind, respectful and attentive. The er is small and it was full, yet the staff allowed me in and attended to me in a room with recliners. Impressed that I was not left outside waiting. I felt that I was given personal attention. The nurse Adrian was also very attentive and explained everything he was doing. Dr. Perez sat next to me to ask me how I was feeling. Wow, I thought there are still doctors who sit and listen to patients. Once upstairs the amazing care continued. The nurses treated me with kindness. Mariam came in many times to check in on me so did the assistant. Thank you to all in the hospital.

Abel I had a colonoscopy at this hospital and my experience was outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and made me feel at ease. The hospital was spotless and well-organized. The procedure was completed swiftly and smoothly. The nurses and doctors were very attentive and polite, ensuring I was comfortable throughout. I truly appreciate the excellent care I received. Also, you need to park a block away from the hospital. They do have a shuttle that runs all day.

However I am going to change it to 1 star because the hospital has not delivered the results of my biopsy. 3 weeks waiting for results is stressful. My appointment with my doctor has been rescheduled twice. Nobody cares about me. I am a person. I am not a insurance number. I want my results to be available so I can continue with my life in peace.

Yori If I could give it zero stars it would be perfect. I didnt even have the chance to meet the doctor. I called to make the appointment with my health insurance and when I arrived they told me that they didnt accept my health insurance and that I had to pay for everything. I dont understand the truth, what a huge lack of respect. My first impression was very bad, not only because of the insurance but because of the attitude of the person who attended me. I went to show her my insurance card on the phone and she wasnt even able to look at my face. Thats why we need to clean up this country. They are hiring any trash to do the work that has to do with patients who need medical attention. They dont go there because they need to get their nails done or because they need to dye their hair. Its because it is necessarily medical for patients to get care. I think that doctors should have better scrutiny when hiring people. This was very disrespectful.

Thomas Gonzalez This Pediatric office has the worst service ever. To start off they bill whatever amount they want. They were charging me an $85 co-pay when my insurance co-pay is only $30 and when i told them that they still wanted to charge me the $85. They did not even want to call my insurance to confirm the co-pay. When i told them i was not paying the $85 they wanted to charge me, they told me I can take my child to another pediatrician and they can provide me my childs medical records. When i agreed to take my child to another pediatrician, they told me they could not provide me with the medical papers the same day and it would take 3 weeks. 3 weeks later i went to pick up the papers and they had me wait an hour because apparently only "Sonia" could give me the paperwork. Make sure you know your insurance co-pay because this pediatric office may be ripping you off. If they tried it on me, who knows how many other people they do this to and actually get away with it.

Very profesional, VIP treatment in every way you can imagine. Took the time to listen and addressed all Of my concerns Would not trade my experience in his office for nothing in this world. Lilibet Izquierdo The best experience since the lady’s at the desktop to the nurses. The MD make you feel like you’re in family. They will take care of your health without miss any detail. I recommend MD Abreu and his team to everyone who wants a family doctor who really will take care of them.

Reydel Henriquez Staff is not very professional. Went for an annual checkup after years of not getting checked and the doctor didn’t order the necessary tests for me. Had to go twice to get labs done since I had to request for the missing labs to be taken. The doctor threatened me on the phone that I would have to assume the bill for the second labs when it should have been included in the bill for the annual checkup. The first doctor who saw me didn’t know about some medications I take and even had to Google info about it. The second doctor I spoke to backed him up saying they don’t have to know about all medications. Overall this place and staff didn’t inspire trust and I will be changing my PCP after this.

Senior Adult Care The doctor and the office staff are better in Spanish but fluent in English. It does not take long for an appointment; you can see the doctor 2 days after you call. Doctor Abreu also does home visits to several assisted living facilities and order mobile exams. Moreover, he does rounds at several Miami county hospitals, therefore, in the case of an emergency, you can take him as your Hospital doctor. He is nice to patients and spend time with them.

Yender Hernandez Such a professional office. Doctor Abreu is an excellent physician. He also does hospitality services so he up to date regarding medical knowledge. The office staff is nice and the time before consult runs comfortably.

Jovana Rutherford As a nurse of 10 years I can proudly state that this physician embodies the epitome of compassionate and quality care. I cannot recommend Dr. Alvarez highly enough! From the moment I walked into the office, I felt welcomed and at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient! Dr. Alvarez took the time to listen to his patients concerns and answered all their questions with patience and clarity. Its evident that he truly cares about his young patients. The children felt comfortable during the examination, which made a huge difference and always walked out of his office with a smile. The office is clean and kid-friendly, and its such a relief to find a pediatrician who combines expertise with a warm, approachable demeanor. Anyone would feel lucky to have found Dr. Alvarez and feel grateful for the excellent care their child receives. Highly recommend!

Aldo Arocha Martinez This place is not good if you have a newborn and you still do not have the newborn insurance. They categorically told me that they would not accept the moms insurance. Even when the insurance covers the newborn for the first 30 days. Of course, my kids will not know this place at all. By the way, the kid has his birth certificate

Darlene morales Doctors and staff were amazing. They tended my every need, ran all the appropriate tests and clearly explained the results. I came in with chest pain and high blood pressure, which is very scary. Thankfully my heart was fine. The nurses were very attentive and sweet. I felt like I was at a luxury hotel. I had the pleasure of meeting Lizbeth from Patient Services. She was very sweet and kind answered any questions I had and made sure I was being well taken care of. She remined me of the character that plays the role of Director of Patient Services in the show Chicago Med. All in all great experience

Anna Rodriguez First time experience at the hospital. Professional and compassionate staff. I would love to see a hospital chaplain or a priest that can be available to assist patient ls rights and family support. We would love to see more communication between Doctors and family would be more appreciate. The Patient Experience assistant was excellent. I would strongly recommend this hospital

Mel Martin Was recently admitted for an emergency hernia surgery. The team of surgeons who attended me was quick diligent and provided a well organized assessment plan.
