Dr. Ruiz is a very knowledgeable health care provider. I cant thank her enough for the special, dedicated and excellent care she has always provided not only to me but to my family as well. Therefore, without any doubt I can tell say that I feel blessed to have Dr. Karelia Ruiz as our PCP. She is always pending of your health improvement, by calling you on the monthly basis to see how’re you doing.

Once you get there, Milagros check you-in, so you don’t have to wait too long as in other places, and on your way out you will be greeted by sweet and professional, Iris Borges, she’s one of a kind person. For her, nothing is too difficult to accomplish, she will finds the way to help you out, she could get you a Referral with the Insurance’s Approval, in a blink of an eye, you will be surprised of her dedication in going the extra for Dr. Karelia’s patients. All of these positive outcomes have to do with having the right Management Team, which is directed by experienced Naivi Palet.
