Cheryl Proulx Excellent service. I showed up in pain with a swollen knee. There were zero openings or available appointments. My doctor was advised of my situation. She saw me within 10 / 15 min. My dr. Is Marla Poole, she is a blessing to me and I sure to anyone else in her patient list. She is always ready to answer questions and listen. Wonderful beside manner. If you want a smart dr. That is attentive . Go see her. She won’t tell you to google any questions you my ask. I feel much respect for her.

Karen Snelgrove The wait is never long! The front desk woman are welcoming and pleasant. They have a unique way of getting you to do paperwork, without it seeming like a pain! My Dr. never rushes me, she listens & puts herself in your shoes. She encourages you to do the things that you have no interest in doing! Her nurse works very hard to set up your appointment & F/U with all the referrals, like fast! And finally the women that check you out, work with you for your next appointment. They allow you to speak in reference to your co-payment, and are very willing to help you with any financial arrangements. Not to mention theyre always pleasant!

The front desk could be a little more discreet, and a lot more friendly Everyone in the lobby hears your business, and everyone in line to check out hears the rest of your business, including financial, and sensitive information like birthdates etc.

logan Witt I was there at 3:46 and was there until I left myself at 5:28 and they had me waiting in the back for an hour just for me to go out of the room to show I’m still there and then the rude as can be male nurse for this night shift was rude and gave me an attitude telling me the test I went there for takes three days when it has been instant as it should be so it can be treated right away and properly. They were all back there laughing and cutting up with other patients and making wait time longer for everyone else there especially by keeping me back there for over an hour when my test wouldn’t be back for three days as they say and that I’d be called back in 3 days. I told him so you made me wait over an hour for something I can’t even see the results of in the same day and then gives me the worst attitude and was saying well it’s not instant, I’ve never seen someone so unprofessional and downright righteous in some way of keeping me there for so long just for me to get told that’s not how this works with his hands on his hips,raising his eyebrows, being kinda whiny towards me that I was even questioning of why I was left for over an hour when he and the lady who took my vitals could’ve already told me that and not make me wait an hour to not even get treated the same day and then to get a nurse who just wants to go home and mad they have to do their job. He said he could treat me now but if he doesn’t know what I have he’s just giving me medication for anything at that point. It’s URGENTLY done in all urgent cares (except for this one for some reason) and medical facilities. I walked out telling him he’s not gonna talk to me like that and then he tried being nicer and since could just give me whatever he felt would be okay without even knowing what I had which could cause more damage than good.

Maria Isabel Rivera actually so freaking rude and not worth the money w/ night staff. called at 6:10PM (the close at 7:30) to see if I could come in for a urinalysis. they said so come it, the place was dead really when I got there. pulled me back things were fine, the MD or DO walks in and just was so rude, so short, and dismissive. should’ve gone to the ER where they have more resources and staff that understand/listen. Felt rushed, walked out of the room after the provide left and felt like somehow I was in the wrong for coming in. I called before coming in, they gave the ok, I should not have been made to feel bad for coming in to make sure I didn’t have a UTI.

Zestay Taco Incompetence works here. Nurse offered his idea which was a 10 day treatment plan. Vs my idea which would have had me treated in 3 hours. I could have been healed during the time spent in the waiting room. Instead the clown recommends a week long plan . Which is the opposite of urgent care. Avoid at all cost

kier smith Worst place ever. Rude staff. Took my daughter there tonight for a possible upper respiratory infection. Walked in at 7 :05 pm. The only thing the front desk said to us was scan the QR code. That was a good first impression. We get called back and the 1 nurse doing triage couldn’t be more annoyed that we were there. She kept shaking her head everytime my daughter was explaining her symptoms. I guess She thought she could just give my daughter anti biotics for a sinus infection and be done. Once we said her cough was bad and the side of her chest hurt from coughing. She turned to us and said our X-ray machine is already turned off and she needs that. I could tell right there that they didn’t want to even try. They told us to come back the next morning and do an x-ray and we could get the results. Unreal!! The website said urgent care open till 7:45. After we walked out at 7:25 they were turning the lights out. Some urgent care facility. I will NEVER go back nor recommend this place. We then headed back to high springs and went to north Fl urgent care and they gave her a breathing treatment and steroids. And chest X-ray which was clear.

Raina Darkstorm Was there for a follow-up with a workmans comp injury. Spent the better part of 2 hours waiting in an empty room. Spoke to the doctor for 2 seconds about getting a referral to an orthopedic then he apparently forgot about it. So glad this isnt my regular doctor. While the reception and nurses are awesome and competent, they dont make up for that load of malarkey.

Jose Nunya Dr. Ricketts is by far the best Primary Care Physician I have ever had. She really takes the time to examine me and ask me about any and all concerns I may have. She is the most competent of all of the doctors Ive had in Okeechobee and would recommend her to ANYONE! The nurses are also very knowledgeable and competent which means a lot to me. I also use the mobile app to keep up with appointments and medications and even get my lab results without having to walk into the office. Great job team!! Abby is a breath of fresh air and so is Lindsey and the other girls. Thank you so much for all that you have done and will do for me.

brenda kuhn It was my first time meeting with Dr. Goulette and I was extremely happy. She answered all of my questions and then I was sent to speak to a lady who was writing referrals and she was so nice and made my nervousness go away! I am so happy that I found a good doctor here in Okeechobee. I have been going to a doctor in West Palm Beach for years.

Robin Chilson Dr. Eisenberg listened carefully to my concerns and asked questions to understand better. I was reluctant and a little nervous but he really tried to help. He was also very aware of my needs and had already prescribed my mammogram before I even saw him. I find he goes above and beyond my expectations when it comes to showing true concern for me as a patient. I highly recommend him as a primary care doctor

Ron Adams It was a long wait in a freezing cold waiting room, but well worth every second. Dr. Sousa is an amazing doctor. She was very professional, incredibly knowledgeable, and actually paid attention when I spoke. I think she actually enjoys helping people, which makes her an amazing doctor. I would highly suggest her to friends, family, and strangers. Just bring a jacket and be patient... Youll soon find that it was worth the wait.

Brenda Tenney I woke up with swollen glands. Her staff was friendly, yet professional. They got me in to see Dr. Ricketts that day. Dr. Ricketts was very professional. She took the time to exam me without me feeling rushed or that I was an inconvenience. She prescribed some meds. as well as some blood tests. She personally made a phone call to me a few days later to discuss the results of my blood tests and to see how effective the medicine she prescribed was working. I feel she truly cares about her patients and I feel lucky to have found such a great doctor! Thank you Dr. Ricketts and staff for being awesome!!

Miya Pearce Do not recommend. Asked for testing and they threw out my pee for absolutely no reason and then didn’t even tell me? I had to call them just to find out they did that. Waste of money. Then, I scheduled an ekg appointment, gave them the information needed to fax it to my doctor for surgery. Never did it. Even after confirming with them that it has been sent over. Now here I am at my pre op appointment without the medical forms needed. Also it took over an hour wait to be seen by the doctor and I was never even seen I had to leave so I could make it back to work on time. So, would have been over an hour wait. $265 WASTED. very unprofessional and careless staff.

Marc Knapp Something has changed. While I used to be able to call and get an appointment with in a week or so now when I called in November the first acceptable appointment was January 23rd. Appointments apparently are now only early morning 8- 8:30 or early afternoon 1-2. When I arrived at 1:45 for my 2 o’clock appointment I wasn’t called back until 2:16. While the nurse did her wellness check in about 10 minutes I did not see a medical practitioner until 3. In the past I normally would be in and out within 30 minutes of my appointment time.

Sam Bass Palms medical group has definitely superseded all of my expectations. They got me right in on time no waiting or hassles. They have a staff of caring, and knowledgeable medical professionals. APRN Leslie Rivers and APRN Angela Seay made me feel like my health mattered and helping me reach my optimal health and feeling better was there top priority. I am certainly glad that I chose Palms Medical group for my new Primary care physicians.

Dr Randolph takes time when seeing patients asking pertinent questions to determine the best coarse of action required . The staff is pleasant and helpful . Waiting time to see the doctor is usually less than ten minutes.Waiting time for an appointment is not more than a week usually and for urgent issues they can usually get you in fairly quickly .

Sara Mayhew After living in larger cities, and struggling to find a provider’s office who seemed to be thorough and care, upon moving here I struggled with choosing a provider. My insurance assigned Dr. Randolph, and I knew I needed care, so I figured why not. I am so thankful for that, because I finally for the first time in 10 years feel in good hands with my primary care office. The staff are nice, unlike so many others I have encountered in the medical world, and Dr. Randolph is thorough, precise & has a professional, courteous attitude in his practice. What a great place to find care. Highly recommend.

Judi Johnson My husband and I have had Dr. Randolph as our primary care doctor for 35 years. He has always taken time to listen to our concerns and address them with the utmost professionalism. My husband has an inherited condition which can make treatment difficult and often requires coordination with several clinics at Shands and he has always been amazing working with them.

Christine Goad Palms medical group in 5- points loses your vaccine records or dont log them into the patients medical history in the portal. I have had unnecessary tentnus shots for over many years going there and you are only suppose to get that vaccine every 10 years and any MD Or ARNP knows this by going to medical school,if its administered all the time unless you have a serious cut that is serious, it could cause more health issues. I just had one last February when I got the flu shot and shingles vaccine ( 1st dose) and there were no records of me having the vaccine done so I had to have it done again at PMG ON 90 W on january 24th 2025. PMG in 5- points needs to have a better filing system at there location and all vaccines be available to the patient on the patient portal. So they can pull it up and show a different doctor at a different PMG that I had the vaccines and heres the dates. Thank you

Mars Parks Had this appt scheduled since January. I received a text message before my appointment to check in. I checked in for my appointment on my phone, in the lobby, at 10:30am. I sat right in front of the receptionist. My appointment was scheduled for 11. At 11:30, I walked up to the front desk girl and asked her about my appointment. She told me that we would have to reschedule because my appointment was at 11. I told her I checked in and was sitting right in front of her for an hour, that I had waited a month for this appointment and really need to be seen today. She told me that everyone was too busy. I asked to speak with an office manager, she told me they didn’t have one and would take a message for the doctor and then scheduled me out to April. I sat, directly in front of this girl for an hour waiting for my appointment, after I checked in on my phone. Why not say something to the person if the check in didn’t go through? Why not acknowledge the person in general that’s sitting, waiting in your lobby? I was the only person in there, majority of the time waiting. Taking this poor practice as a sign to find another doctor.

From the very first appointment, the Physicians Assistant disregarded my husbands thoughts and feelings regarding his medical history and future treatment. During his most recent and LAST appointment, rather than calmly, intelligently and receptively discussing treatment options, the doctor enters the exam room with a passive aggressive and nauseatingly cheerful tone in his voice and said to my husband , among other things "We never have to deal with eachother again" and to "Go back where he came from". I dont know what this dudes problem is. Perhaps he was having a bad day. Regardless, that neither justifies NOR excuses his behavior and verbiage. My husband had prescriptions that needed to be refilled and we were forced to find a new doctor. If youre a patient who appreciates a constructive and supportive atmosphere where your wishes and input are seriously considered by your treating physician... We advise against this doctor. If you have too many questions regarding their treatment plan for you then we strongly suggest against this particular doctor. As evidenced by other reviews left, this person doesnt like being questioned and will promptly dismiss you from treatment at the slightest inconvenience... We had this experience so you dont have to

Rhonda Shoupe It is truly a wonderful hospital. Dr. Patel is amazing! She immediately spotted a problem with the mixture of meds I am prescribed to take daily. She took one of them away altogether and I was fixed! Great facility is nice and very clean. staff is so very kind, patient and helpful. Only negative is I missed when you used to get a some ice and water with a cup by your bed as well as hygiene products to clean up a little. Over all wonderful place.

Red Miller Pleasantly surprised and somewhat impressed, are the first two things that came to mind when I walked into HCA Florida Lake City Hospital. The facility is laid out well, directional signage is very good, parking was cramped and very full (not sure if it was a bad day or what), the staff were friendly and attentive, and the entire facility was very clean and orderly. Again, I was pleasantly surprised and a little impressed by the level of order in the chaos that is medicine in America. Although I hope I dont need to go back, I wouldnt be upset knowing I was coming here.

Trek Mccullough Much better all around stay than my last one there. Very clean, hats off the lady that came in and cleaned my room. Nursing staff was phenomenal. Although the night shift team could have used some ancillary help. The preoperative and post op nursing staff were great as well. Last but not least my surgeons Dr.s Josh and Sarina Epstein were great. I appreciate them both so much.

John Koch The biggest thing I want to say is that the emergency room nurse who placed the IV stint in me did a wonderful and extremely excellent job. She placed it on the side of my arm which allowed for comfortable movement while at the same time accessibility for draw downs and inputs. That women needs recognition for a job well done. Since this was my first time experiencing any visit to a hospital for my heart condition in my 75 years of life it went very well and the people who treated me and looked after me also deserve credit.

George Scott Had abdominal surgery on 2/4/25. The OR staff was friendly, competent and efficiently prepped me before the surgery. They explained everything and did a very good check out before I left. Katylyn and Skyler were great nurses.

Amanda McMahel I wish this was my local VA. I had to drive an hour to this location due to the extent of my suffering but it was worth it for the care I received. The staff is exceptional. Friendly and welcoming. They listened to me and did their best to make me feel better. Hope they know how much I appreciate them. 10/10, A++, Love u guys.

Corruption Bad Cops and Government Workers My recent visit to this VA location was nothing short of disappointing. This facility exemplifies the substandard care that too many veterans encounter. From the moment I walked in, it was clear that the quality of service here falls well below acceptable standards. One of the most glaring issues was the facilitys cleanliness. The environment had a distinctly unkempt appearance, which only added to the overall sense of neglect. When it comes to healthcare, especially for veterans, a clean and well-maintained environment is not just a luxury—its a necessity. Equally troubling was the conduct of the staff. Their demeanor was far from professional, and their communication seemed lacking in both respect and competence. It felt as though the staff were unprepared and unqualified, which is concerning when youre seeking care. Perhaps the most troubling aspect was the issue of policy falsification. It was apparent that there were discrepancies between what was promised and what was delivered. This kind of misrepresentation can lead to a severe loss of trust, especially for those who rely on VA services for their well-being. Overall, this location stands as a stark example of why veterans should be wary of relying on VA care if other options are available. The combination of poor facility conditions, unprofessional staff, and questionable policy adherence makes this VA a place to avoid if possible. I hope that improvements are made soon, but until then, veterans should be cautious and seek alternative care options if they can.

Jeff C Not so good. Dr. TAQI was arrogant and untrustworthy. The phlebots in the lab were rude and disrespectful. The building wasnt that clean. Do not trust TAQI and dont get your labs done here. Im not coming back here again.

Donna Switzer I had to rush my brother to the emergency room on Labor Day. I thought his levels were off, but in fact, he was in diabetic ketosis. We did not know to look for this. From the very beginning of our visit my brother was treated with such respect and dignity I was in awe. They treated me with such kindness and compassion as well. I have been to quite a few hospitals with my brother outside of the VA system and he has never been treated this great. I wish I could remember all the people connected with his care but I am just horrible with names. He was taken from the ER to MICU and both departments are truly amazing. The nurses are teaching me how they are caring for him. No matter my questions they answer them with great details. The Doctors who have been assigned to him have even called me to update me on his care and condition. I almost took him SGMC in Valdosta that day and to be honest I am truly thankful I took him to Lake City VA. I cannot say enough about every person there who has cared for him. I will always take him there in future events if possible. For the first time in atleast 20 years I did not have to worry about his care. I was able to be home and keep my mind on my day to day activities in between visits with him. My brother even feels very cared for and has not complained once about his level of care. Thank you all for being such astounding amazing human beings and providing such wonderful care for my brother!

Mike Miles Lake City VA Medical Center stands out in the VA system. Formerly lived in NE OH and had to deal with the Cleveland System. It was very hard to get things done. Im being treated for bladder cancer and this bunch of people in Lake City are great. Been treated very well, people are pleasant and very helpful. Have not had any issues getting things done with appointments. Short wait times for radiology and other specialties. Dr. Leach, my Urologist has jumped into a mess with my treatment after having emergency treatment in Valdosta at SGMC. My nurse, Miss Liz is super helpful and very caring. Just cant say enough good about my experience.

Jackie Lowe Excellent Excellent!! My Mom started getting sick and hospitalized in 2022 and it was hard to navigate. She was put in a rehab after hospitalization in fleming island where she was completely neglected. When I brought her home she threw a PE (blood clot in lung) because she had probably been left in the bed too long. I have to work a lot but checked in on her. I was told by the locals to take her to Lake Butler Hospital...what a major difference in care. I can actually leave and know she is being looked after. They exercise her, bath her, her room is super clean with bird feeder outside and a huge window. Has room to herself. Staff is excellent. It is short term ...she has been there twice. The first time she was so sick I know they saved her life. I couldnt recommend this facility more.

Ed Ruben The emergency room was freezing. The blankets did not help. I was never offered food or drink even when my condition improved. All night I overheard the staff complaining about the other staff as I was located next to the nurses station. When I got home I realized they did not give me my clothes or my Drivers License back. I received no discharge papers again. I have been there before and did not receive papers the last time. Terrible experience for HCA.

Roy Harper I am 72 years old. I have never been treated so poorly at any Medical facility. Also the bullying and lack of empathy displayed towards others. Example; numerous test and costly exams. With absolutely zero accountability. No Doctor or nurse ever conferred with me, after findings. They burst into examining room at 4:30 am stating you have to go, despite their being zero public transportation. They said I could not wait in lobby longer than a few minutes to wait for a decent time to contact an alternative ride. Having two people in entire lobby they had two armed guards state you have to wait outside. Yet immediately you sent a bill to my insurance. Horrible service experience. The very worst of medical care.

MV-angel61 I am extremely dissatisfied with the care I received at this hospital. Although the ER staff and doctor were pleasant, the experience took a turn for the worse after I was transferred to the 2nd floor. Dr. Cabana diagnosed me with pancreatitis and recommended admission for rest, monitoring, and hydration. However, the reality was far from restful. It would take nurses an hour to respond to calls or requests. A bulletin board in my room, intended to display information about my care team and treatment schedule, was consistently left blank. I was unable to identify my nurses due to their badges being obscured. Furthermore, I had to endure a disruptive roommate and was eventually relocated to another room. Even then, I was disturbed by staff informing me that I would need to be moved again. I fail to understand why the hospital administration has not addressed these systemic issues, despite numerous reviews highlighting similar concerns. I urge you to take my feedback seriously and make necessary improvements to ensure that patients receive the care they deserve. Candace Swanner-Ray My experience with Southern Internal Medicine has been extremely disappointing. Despite my husband’s serious health issues requiring ongoing care, he was abruptly dismissed as a patient without any explanation. We repeatedly reached out for assistance with critical FMLA paperwork—needed due to his frequent ER visits—but our calls went unanswered. This lack of communication and accountability not only jeopardized his care but also added a significant burden on our family. Sadly, it appears we are not the only ones facing these issues. I urge prospective patients to exercise caution when considering this practice.

Ernest Meeks Over the last 4 years the service, doctors and care have been top notch. Recently there have been a couple new doctors brought in who have diminished the standard of care greatly. I would recommend seeing those who have been tried and true to their patience.

Melinda Collings I have been a patient with Southern Internal for a few years and I have always had a good experience. Their nurses are worth their weight in gold! I have been seeing the same one the whole time Ive been a patient and it is very comforting. I appreciate that they have early hours to work with my schedule. Whenever something needs additional testing or counsel they get me right back in.

Miguel A. Rodriguez Do not recommend them. My dad has been waiting for approval for 2 MRIs that were requested by a neurologist since April 2024. The doctors only approved one. We had to get a second order for the original MRI from the neurologist and delivered it physically because the original was never approved when sent via fax. Now come to find out theyre not approving it because he hasnt been seen by primary. Mt question now is: why did the primary office approve one and not the other since the original request? Why approve one and not the other, especially when a neurologist is concerned about a serious health condition?

Dennise Jean I’m from Indian Harbour Beach I am a former newspaper, photographer, and relocated to Lake City again .I was looking for a new primary ..this office is dirty the staff make the patient’s wait for an extreme amount of time while gathering in the back office laughing & joking, and not to be mean however, some of the staff needed to take a look in the mirror, and maybe take a bath the PA wanted to prescribe pills and I am not interested in taking pills she has a tendency to smirk at you as well .. I like to work through my anxiety.. they also charge you fees that are not required & tests that are not required in order to gouge your insurance.. this is my opinion ..I think an investigation should be open up into this practice and staff. I totally agree that this is not a right fit for me. Just look around when you go into the office also listen to what’s going on ..that’s all I have to say it speaks volumes. I would like to add after leaving the office. I went to urgent care, was referred to a Great primary when I went into the office of my new primary, the office was clean the staff were clean and professional, .. I felt so comfortable & I am on the road feeling much better & great health… needless to say not all doctors offices are good. This one certainly leaves much to be desired….Ps. I did call back and speak to Matt before I got everything resolved with my new primary I called him.. He does seem to have a heart & and genuinely cares.. the rest of the staff well.. just judge for yourself and take a good look at them even look at their arms & attitude.

Matt S. This location accepts Humana or Medicare only. Everyone is courteous and prompt, from the PCPs, to the MAs, to the office staff. Theres definitely been some turnover, but its been for the better.

Curren Biker Dr. Kelly LeMaire is an excellent doctor. He is thorough, thoughtful, he listens and figures out what is needed. He does not let my chatter distract him from the task at hand. This is a good doctor for me.

satanyas mom I had a mammogram and ultrasound done here and I cant say one negative thing about my whole experience, including check in! Everyone was kind and the nurses were compassionate during the procedures. I highly recommend them!

Antonella Lavoile Had an appointment for my first mammogram at this location. Everyone was professional, the lady who took care of me was Lisa , she was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable to continue with the process. I would definitely recommend this place for your MRI, screenings or X-rays. Looking forward to come back next year.

Tuesday Brown Gone there several times over the years havent been since they changed names. Went a month ago for a ultrasound was told I could pay my portion up front and save money. Just received a bill for 75$ with no explanation for what it is for asked a facility because I had another appt for a different test told the same pay up front save money. Checked my insurance and noticed this place has a separate bill for them to read it. Then noticed Bill says Hospital Outpatient. Beware will be going elsewhere in the future. Will avoid hospital imaging.

debra saxon The person who did my imaging was very professional. The lady who checked me in today was not very welcoming or friendly. She told me I was late right off. I told her when I called to make this appointment I was given 7:30 as a time. When I received the automated appointment reminder it said 7-8. I was there at 7am. Not sure what is going on with the appointment scheduling but no one told me 6:45. Maybe she’s not the right person to be greeting patients. I work in healthcare myself and I never would have been so aloof.

Dianna James Not much to say about her regarding my needs. I mean of bad comments, except for holding your insulin refill unless you go see her. My boyfriend did see her and he’s diabetic and the price of the medication was almost & 300.00 and so he called her to see if the was any other insulin that was cheaper that he can afford and she told him that u must come back in to see me first. That’s ridiculous it’s like see me or nothing.

Kellie Coyte My new primary doctor. Second visit. She changed my medicine without knowledge. Fired me as a patient for being upset. Now wont give me a referral to an orthopedic so I can deal with my disabilities. I do NOT recommend her. She does NOT listen nor care about her patients. She just does whatever she wants.

Fahmida Sheuly I have been consulting with Dr. Begum ever since she has become an MD. She is extremely bright and does thorough review of my history and all related factors before giving any medical recommendations. She is very direct (Id rather have my doctor be direct than not) but also compassionate. She has experience practicing in two different countries and different states. She is very cultured and knows how to relate to patients from various cultural and religious backgrounds. Shes multi-lingual and can fluently practice medicine in both English and Bengali, which makes her a great doctor for me. She also focuses lifestyle changes before rushing into recommending medication. I highly recommend Dr. Begum and her partner Mr. Huda who helps manage the clinic.

Kristina Lima The time you go to see the doctor youve been waiting like an hour and the next hour in the waiting room, they dont call you on the same time. Done with this doctor, Im not going to this doctors appointment, this is crazy, she charged me 90 dollars for what I dont know, Im changing to a new doctor, and Im not going to this one.

James Riley I saw Dr. Begum 5 times over a 2 month period, each time waiting over 45 minutes. She spoke too fast, was rude to her staff and disrespectful of my requests as an informed patient. I was in pain because of severe stenosis in my cervical spine and felt there were treatments we were missing while I waited to see a neurosurgeon (they sometimes schedule 6 to 8 weeks out). When I confronted her she became defensive and asked me to leave her office and not come back. This put me in a terrible position because my insurance coverage demands constant input from the PCP. She even refused a simple signature that would have enabled me to start PT. Doctors who are not willing to discuss treatment with their patients and cannot learn from their experiences are really scary. She should not be in the medical profession!

Infantry Outdoors Very unprofessional office and staff. Hour and 30 wait to see the doctor with loads of excuses. Getting prescriptions filled with them is ALWAYS a issie of some kind on behalf of the office. Mind you we have used them for the last year and on more than one occadion my son went with out his meds for days. They patient is of no importace to them and they get to you when THEY feel like it. Forget appointment times here because your time is NOT IMPOTANT HERE! I will only continue here as a LAST RESORT!

Trinity Roberts I’ve brought my granny here 3 times now because she needs new glasses. She’s been seen twice, each time we had to wait 3+ hours after her appointment time (which we’ve always been 15+ minutes early for). We waited 2 hours after her appointment time today before asking what was taking so long, the receptionist told us “there are still people who had appointments at 9 that haven’t been seen” it was 11:45 at that time. Idk if they’re just ver booking patients or if the doctors are just impossible to keep on track. I understand emergencies but waiting HOURS when you have an appointment is crazy to me. My granny never even got a new prescription for glasses after two appointments so every trip we made up there was wasted.

April Lynn They are very slow. Brought my Mom in 15 minutes early and she has currently been in the office for 2 hours and still counting. Hardly anyone in the waiting room. Bathrooms are filthy with trash overflowing as the ladies just sit behind the desk giggling at one another. Hoping the Doctor is better than the office.

Cindy Dr. Bodendorfer was an excellent doctor. He was able to avoid my scheduled cataract surgery by helped me realize my problem could be solved with a contact lens. Thank you very much. He was also very attuned to my needs and did not rush visit.

Dennis Muter As the Mrs.of a patient...I was shocked to find they had a software glitch that was giving out wrong prescriptions since October of 2024 and never contacted by any method to correct error.So many folks have had glasses made incorrectly and wasted valuable resources.Mistakes happen. It is how you take action that speaks to your character .To me it says C.Y.A.Very creepy.Shelley Muter. Update...they charged 25 dollars to reissue correct prescription with a promise to refund it....no refund.

I went today for my annual appointment to be told “your appointment was canceled.” Receptionist said “they called you 3 times to let you know.” I replied “No, I have had no messages from this Clinic.” The receptionist verified the phone number then asked “is your voicemail full?” No, my voicemail is not full and I got NO voicemail from this clinic. I missed 5 hours of work and had nothing to eat for over 14 hours (for labs) for NOTHING.

Joetta Bennett Went there five times about being itchy and I think that I contacted scabies but I didnt have any rashes they didnt bother to do a scraping to rule out scabies they told me to change my laundry detergent and soap that I could have sensitive skin then my insurance changed and I had to find another doctor but anyways I do have scabies so I suffered for months being itchy. They should listen to the patients more and they need to learn more about scabies that not everyone has tracts or have rashes and some people are just carriers.

Saxons dad Very satisfied with this doctor and his staff. I have been an RN for at least as long as Dr. Strauss has been a doctor and he is very knowledgeable. His staff are courteous and efficient. It is fairly easy to get an appointment when needed and the wait times are short. They could manage their labs a little better, sometimes they do not coordinate your visits with and labs they might need, once or twice my wife had to return for additional labs that might have better been ordered initially but this is not a serious concern. Dr. Strauss tends to leave the routine management of his stable patients to his PA and ARNPs after he is acquainted with the patient and this is normal practice today and works well. He has definite opinions on what he thinks is proper care and treatment but will discuss options with you if needed. He is not afraid to look you in the eye and tell you what you need to do for your health, and this can be uncomfortable but it is also good medical practice. If you need to lose weight, he will tell you and explain the consequences if you dont. No one likes to hear it but it is the right thing for him to do.

T. Thomas It was more than a disappointing experience by trying to get established at this office.This medical practice uses antiquated methods which makes it run ineffeciently. They move patients from the lobby to another waiting lobby in the back. The office staff and lab techs are inconsiderate with awful customer service skills. They are more concerned about what they are ordering for breakfast and whats being catered for lunch rather than concern for the patient right in front of them. Excessive wait times for the simplest things like checking out with the rudest clerk I have ever encountered.
