5 /5 Robert Bennett: I have been a patient for over 25 years and am well satisfied with the service provided . Dr Randolph takes time when seeing patients asking pertinent questions to determine the best coarse of action required . The staff is pleasant and helpful . Waiting time to see the doctor is usually less than ten minutes.Waiting time for an appointment is not more than a week usually and for urgent issues they can usually get you in fairly quickly .

My insurance assigned Dr. Randolph, and I knew I needed care, so I figured why not. I am so thankful for that, because I finally for the first time in 10 years feel in good hands with my primary care office. The staff are nice, unlike so many others I have encountered in the medical world, and Dr. Randolph is thorough, precise & has a professional, courteous attitude in his practice. What a great place to find care. Highly recommend.

My husband has an inherited condition which can make treatment difficult and often requires coordination with several clinics at Shands and he has always been amazing working with them.
