Kathy Williams I was searching for a place I could walk-in for my mammogram before I went to work. The Advent Heath on Rinehart Road in Lake Mary is so new, so I knew machines would also be new. Everyone was so pleasant and efficient. They have a coffee shop inside by the waiting area, if you want. They noticed I had another test the doctor ordered and wow, did that one as well! No one likes getting a mammogram or any other test but we have to, and Advent Health made it as non stressful as possible. Thank you, Advent Health!

Becca T Dr Reed is an amazing provider. He listens to you, you don’t have to feel like you need to rush as you express your symptoms. Basically, you don’t feel like another just another #. Pat Andrews Dr. Reed robotically replaced my entire knee on December 4, 2024 at Lake Monroe Hospital in Sanford, FL. He did a fantastic job and I cant praise him enough. I was able to walk a little (with nurses assistance, of course) that same evening. I had no pain. The next day I was discharged and returned home where I did more walking, with the security of a walker. I was walking normally within a week. I had no pain until physical therapy began. Dr. Reeds assistant had provided some pain pills which I took exactly as prescribed and ice packs also helped if I felt uncomfortable. Dr. Reed has been my doctor for many years and I wouldnt let anyone else operate on me. There arent enough adjectives to describe what a wonderful person he is, as well as an outstanding surgeon. It has all been said ahead of me.

Robert Grammer Facilities were good, plenty of parking, the waiting room was pleasant and my appetite started on time. The technician was pleasant and provided scrubs to change into. The procedure (CT left knee) was uneventful and took less than 10 minutes. I had prepaid my copayment online prior to arrival, so there was no checkout. My experience was very good.

T Staff was amazing! Highly recommend! Elizabeth my ultrasound girl who was filling in for the day was so sweet. I had some problems with scheduling but the supervisor took care of everything and was also extremely kind and understanding. The 3D tomosynthesis was quick and the tech was great. Results given on the spot!

Sharon Feldhake I stopped in with my Dr. referrals and was amazed that there was a cancellation and I could get in! A nice surprise on a busy Monday. Staff was pleasant, professional, and found my past records right away. Kristal did my mammogram and since I am a former cancer survivor, she was empathetic with my past and asked good questions in reference to the year and process. ( 2012- lung cancer- never a smoker) I have visited other facilities but Orlando Health in Lake Mary is my favorite. I will continue to return as my medical meeds request the best of care. Hollie Mahadeo Staff is helpful and friendly from appt setting to arrival to care etc. Ive been three or four times now and they are always very prompt with taking you in at the time of your appointment and getting you in and out quickly. They also have a nice amenities when it comes to lockers, real cloth gowns straight out of the warmer, and a waiting room in the back with snacks in between procedures.

Holy Bible Only giving it a 3 because I am very saddened to not be able to get my dad in here....I have been reading Dr. Colbert books and I think my dad would benefit from him...not only physically but spiritually as well....my dad is not saved and has a ton of childhood trauma, along with diabetes, kidney problems, bipolar depression, and so many other problems. He cannot walk and is kind of on his death bed....I am saddnd to learn that it would be 1200-2200$ to come here and that no insurance is allowed....I do understand but my hope of my dad getting better is dwindling by the day, he is 67....but I hope whoever reads this will pray he gets saved before he dies, my entire family needs it....thanks!!

S Pat Today I just had to give my high opinion of Sierra. Ive been seeing Sierra for about three years now after I had a lumpectomy and radiation for breast cancer. I cant say enough about how happy I am being under her care. First of all, I have never had so much confidence in a medical professional in my life. Sierra gives me my anastrozole/testosterone pellet every 4 1/2 months or so. She also gives a thorough evaluation of my bloodwork, etc. She is on top of every detail and never forgets anything. Its amazing how dedicated and caring she is toward the individual. I feel like shes a daughter caring about her own mother. We had a conversation 5 months ago and she remembered all of the details. I am so blessed to be able to see nurse practitioner Sierra and I highly recommend Colbert Institute of Anti-Aging. Oh, I am still cancer free, had amazing results on my bloodwork, and feel fantastic with the pellet and supplements that Sierra recommends.

From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our son feel as comfortable as possible. It was quick and easy to get an appointment, and all the staff we came in contact with were fantastic. We saw provider Mathew, NP, who was amazing with the kids! Courtney James I recently had to take my daughter in to be checked for a concern I had. It took a while for us to finally be seen, but the waiting area was very busy. Nurse Matthew was great! Super friendly and very family oriented. He made my daughter feel comfortable. I had concerns about putting my daughter on the antibiotics he said she would need, but he did give me different ways to help restore her good gut bacteria. I also never felt pressured or insulted that I had questions or concerns about the care for my daughter. The manager Patrick also came in and spoke with us to make sure we were doing OK. Everyone we encountered was pleasant. I’m thankful they have late hours and weekend availability. We will continue to go here when needed!

Vonnie Staci did a great job taking care of my child’s ear. We came in on a Sunday evening and she did a wonderful job alleviating fears and explaining everything. She was super gentle. I highly recommend this place for kids. They are quick to see you too.

Acacia Melody I had to wait quite a few hours to be admitted in, HOWEVER, the care here was exceptional. They were so thorough, compassionate, and listened to my needs and questions. I genuinely felt like I was a person, not just a number. Steve was the one assigned to my room, and I couldn’t say enough good about him. Pictured is a dog they brought into the waiting room. Dr. Williams was definite on what the tests showed or didnt show. As we left, he explained the antibiotics that I would start taking. A super SUPER EXPERIENCE.

Cassie Curtin Dr C is an amazing doctor! She takes time to really care for her patients and it shows! We have an elderly mother who she sees and she treats her as if she is family. Her bed side manner is the best Ive ever seen in a doctor. Its hard to find a doctor that cares to take the time for a 91 year old instead of brushing them off. Her staff is awesome as well. I would 100% recommend her! :)

Ron Wrobel I had a routine check-up here last week, and while the doctor seemed fine, the follow-up experience has been frustrating beyond belief. After my appointment, the nurse was supposed to handle refills for my routine Type 2 diabetes medications. However, when I went to the pharmacy, three prescriptions were missing, and one was for the wrong medication. Trying to fix this has been a nightmare—every call to the office means waiting on hold for 15+ minutes, only to be transferred and put on hold again. When I finally got someone on the line, they seemed eager to pass me off rather than actually solve the issue. A simple prescription refill shouldn’t require this much effort. If you need reliable, responsive follow-up care, I’d think twice before coming here.

Agony305 New to the area, and I called to schedule an appointment. I started the conversation stating that Ive had a sore throat for almost a week. I asked about a same day appointment and was told nothing was available. I asked for the soonest appointment. I was asked if I had a preference for a doctor. I mentioned it didnt matter because I was new and had no preference. I was told July. Obviously, this person felt that I could stay sick until then. I understand if July was the soonest, but the way its positioned was my issue. Long story short, if youre sick and need to see a doctor, apparently, this isnt the place to go.

There is a wait sometimes, but thats because of the personal attention he gives each patient. I dont mind waiting when I know the doctor has my best interest at heart. The front desk is awesome too. Very friendly and inviting. Its like a family here! I wish I had found this office years ago!

Andres Cruz Their appointment setting staff are extremely rude and condescending. They also have no problem hanging up on you. The doctors here are amazing so if you can look past their office staff you’ll be well taken care of. Just wish the same care the doctors give would be matched by the office staff

Diamond Knouse This clinic had come highly recommended by a coworker, so I had originally scheduled an appt for my cat for 1pm Thursday on this last wednesday. About 2 hours before her scheduled appt, I received an email (thank god I had payed attention to my email) not a phone call, that the appt i had scheduled needed to be rescheduled which was fine. I replied immediately stating that I could be there at the 330p appt on Saturday, one of the proposed times they had sent me. I arrive at my appointment today only to find out they are closed. No phone call or email about the appt being canceled. Nothing. There was another young lady that showed up that said her appt was also rescheduled for today and she also had not been notified that this clinic would be closing. This clinic was a 30 minute drive away from home so i have taken my indoor cat on this drive to be stressed out for nothing. I will find other care for my cat....0 stars if I could...terrible business practice....

Bethany Audette My pittie had an ear infection and hematoma on her ear. They treated her and drained the abscess. While she was nervous the staff were patient and caring.. offering her treats and peanut butter to ease her anxiety. If you are looking for a clinic I recommend them.

April Simpson Since Dr. Wayne sold and left I am NOT impressed with the new staff! For the first time ever while getting my dogs nails clipped he bled! The red flag for me should have been when the girl entered the room with some salve. Dr. Wayne NEVER entered the room with that as well as clippers. The tech was super nice, but he could barely hold my dog still. I had to get up to calm my dog and he is small (17 lbs). He was so scared. She should not be allowed to trim nails because she was cutting them in an awkward position and cut atleast one too short, which made him bleed. Then the girl attending to my dog in the room felt the need to "help check me out" because the front desk guy stepped away for a minute and its clear she has no clue what she is doing. She over charged me for the flea medicine/visit, so she says my card was credited back, but I wasnt given a credit receipt. She charged my card again for the new amount. Also, while in the room I asked the tech and the girl was the longtime tech that worked with Dr. Wayne still there and she answered with a tone in her voice "No! No original staff except for Tony (front desk guy) is still here." I will be finding my dog a new vet. Murphy Veterinary Clinic, Dr. Wayne and her staff was absolutely amazing, but the new owners/staff leave alot to be desired. I am not a happy camper and wont be back. Its a shame because we have been coming here for years.

Gutierrez Silva Spacious compare to most locations. One of the few centra care that have availability to do an XRay on site. Clean and comfortable atmosphere. Staff seem attentive and kind. So far a great experience… Came in as walking and was seeing within 14min. Also they are Veterans authorized urgent care provider

Erika Taylor I went to the urgent care today because I was having difficulties seeing out of one of my eyes. Upon arriving the staff was really friendly and they moved fast with getting me signed in. The sitting area was clean and they seemed to take care of the facility really well. I was called back fast and the nurses were kind and professional when caring for me. Once I met the doctor she was gentle with my eye and provided me with excellent care and guidance on how to get my eye better. All and all this facility was 100 ⭐️ out of 5. Dr. Jennifer Navarro is amazing and she is doing a great job. Thanks so much for all that you do to help others.

Kaiyah Ambrose Ive come to this clinic twice now while being pregnant. First time was early in pregnancy, and a second time when 32 weeks pregnant. Both times I received exceptional care! They made sure the medications I needed were safe for me and the baby. I would definitely recommend this urgent care for other pregnant women as they care greatly for their patients! I left feeling confident that the medications I need to take are safe, and feel very well taken care of.

Kassondra Ola I was having face pain and a sore throat and went in to make sure I had nothing contagious because I am around people all the time and about to travel. I felt so bad I could barely talk and the front desk lady made me write down my info because she could barely hear me. The NP I had was named Lonnie and she looked in my ears and mouth but not in my nose and that was my primary area of pain. I had to ask for a strep and Covid test because she said I didn’t look sick and should just go and see my pcp (I don’t have time that’s why I’m here on the weekend.) while I was there I remembered I have also been having urinary discomfort all week and oddly colored urine and asked if a urinary test could be done just to be safe. Unbeknownst to me they had checked me out before I was ready and told me I would have to check back in for a different symptom cohort and wait all over again to be checked for that. They were going to make me pay another copay- and charge my insurance for a second visit just to do a urine test. I’ve been to ER’s and Urgent cares a lot over the years and this has never been an issue. I felt judged- nickel and dimed- and blown off. It was a terrible experience and I don’t recommend this place.

Amy Riley This is one of the best vets office I have been too. They are always caring and I truly feel like they treat my pet as their own. I have only seen Dr Jones who is wonderful and it is really nice to see the same vet every time I go as she has gotten to know him very well and shows her love for him. It’s such a breath of fresh air to have a vet that I trust and know is there is keep my pet happy and healthy. And I am not just another number.

Jennifer Burgess My son was on his Make-A-Wish, Disney trip and his GJ tube got clogged. Anyone who has experience with a GJ tube already knows that this would require an Appointment with interventional radiology. Most hospitals only have limited appointments during the week with IR, certainly not availability on the weekend. However, another parent in a Make-A-Wish Facebook planning group that I am a part of recommended that I call Advent health in Orlando Because they have an interventional radiology department that might be available on the weekends. I had no trouble getting through to the charge nurse at IR who said to come on into the emergency department and let them know that I had an arrangement with IR, and they would take care of him. We took him in as she said. The emergency room was not crowded, everyone was as friendly as they could possibly be, and we were very impressed with the efficiency of the emergency department, as well as the interventional radiology team. We are from Atlanta and we are very used to crowded Childrens Hospital’s. We were pleasantly surprised With the services at Advent health, and we would recommend them to anyone. Everyone we encountered was kind, friendly, and efficient. You don’t ever Want to go to the hospital but if we needed to, we would certainly go back there.

Kayle Jordan Walt Disney pavilion for children in Orlando took excellent care of my son during his surgery to have tubes put in his ears, plus having tonsils and adenoids removed. Provided amazing care and support when we had to return to the Emergency Department part of this facility 2 days later for concerns and our concerns were all handled and addressed with kindness and compassion. Dr Austin and his team who helped with the surgery were top notch I couldn’t be happier because being something so extensive and nerve wracking for me ended up calming with how fast and in and out my son was with surgery. Definitely appreciate everyone in this hospital for their support and being so kind and professional

heather coronado When my son was 8 weeks old I took a leap of faith and drove 2 hours to this children’s hospital. They took great care of him and he ended up being hospitalized for 10 days. Fast forward to 3/5 he was admitted again due to being sick and once again received great care. The moment his stats dropped to dangerous level they were quick to rush in and start O2 support. 10/10 will always recommend this hospital.

Kimberly Ferrick My entire family has been seeing Dr Magee for years. She is always attentive and professional. We rarely have to wait for her, so that’s a huge plus. The office staff however, is not very professional. It’s very sad that there is such a huge difference between the physician and the staff that management has hired. They are generally rude, and very often cuss while speaking to each other about how frustrated they are with their jobs.

Kiden Kjosa The lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing! (I wish I knew her name) My daughter was so sick from the flu and she was more than accommodating. The doctor was phenomenal talking to my 12-year old and listening and explaining. The chairs in the lobby are less than ideal. So incredibly uncomfortable and horrible for a sick child to sit in for 30 minutes while waiting. I understand a wait, but the chairs need some improvements. But thank you for all you did for my child!

Marilu Cosden The nurse was amazing! The provider was not. Very inattentive, her bedside manner was terrible and her demeanor was rude. My daughter has been dick for 2 weeks and spiked another fever of 102.3 plus has a terrible cough. She barely listened to her lungs said she seems good now. I told her yes I gave her a bath and motrin an hour ago. She said give her zyrtec. I took her to ER this morning where she ended up having bronchitis and prescribed her steroid and changed her antibiotic she was already on. Very disappointed will NOT be back here.

Damaris Sosa I recently had to bring my grandson in on a Saturday afternoon for what I suspected was strep throat. The entire staff was great, the office was super clean, the PA was very knowledgeable and took the time to listen and interact. The entire visit took about 35 minutes and my suspicions were confirmed! He had strep, nothing some amoxicillin couldn’t fix. The entire experience was very pleasant! Would recommend to anyone with children with minor symptoms looking to avoid an ER.

Amy Mullen Very unsanitary, boogers, stains, food debris on the walls and floors. Floors had not been mopped in a very long time there was visible filth. When called back for our turn The staff had mediocre/poor bedside manner, very gruff and unfriendly to my 21 month old while taking his vitals. He didnt feel comfortable at all and this made the vitals process difficult. The cabinet under the sink in the patient room was not child locked. The dr. Was very nice and professional she deserves a better environment to work In. It is completely unacceptable to have children especially asthmatic toddlers like my son to be waiting in rooms filled with dust and dirt. Just completely disgusted with what I saw. And I am no clean freak, I get kids are messy but this was months if not more of dirt build up on the floors walls and trim.

TK Townsend Absolute trash! I was here yesterday, because my child’s primary care was closed and my daughter had a sore throat. For starters, the lady at the front desk was very dismissive, and borderline rude. They were quick to take my $30 copay, before we were seen, but whatever. They took vitals, and after a very brief interaction with a very pleasant doctor, he decided that it was allergies. We went home, and this morning, my daughter woke up with a fever, and her throat was inflamed. We came back, and we checked in. We were told that we would be seen soon. I was called up to the counter again, and not only was the receptionist nasty, she was trying to bill me for a second visit. I told her absolutely not, because the issue still exists, and nothing was done the previous day. She was further trying to tell me that I should be getting a bill for over $200, because of some deductible nonsense. That is absolutely incorrect, because we only have a co-pay. I elected to walk out before I said something very not nice. My wife also happened to be there, and tried to discuss the situation with the woman. When asked for any information, they declined to even provide the doctor’s name that had seen her the day previously, even though her name is all over my daughter’s medical record (and insurance). She was finally given a phone number for a billing department, which I intend on calling as soon as I’m done typing this review. Nasty attitudes, horrible service, and amazingly incompetent. Edit: Almost immediately after posting my review, I received the response, that everyone else sees too. The only problem is, I emailed them as requested, and here we are three weeks later, with no response. Shocking!

Mirna Carvalho Dr Rosado is an outstanding primary care physician. She takes the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly explains my treatment options. Her bedside manner is warm and reassuring, and I never feel rushed during my appointments. She speaks English and Spanish. I speak Portuguese and a broken English ! Her team always make me feel good! The medical assistant is fantastic. The office staff is friendly, and scheduling is easy but wait time is not minimal ! I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a compassionate and knowledgeable doctor.

jennifer halpern I have been coming to this office for a few years now. I have seen the same person each time. Which was my biggest complaint about the last Doctors office I was with. Jessie is the BEST. She takes her time to go over everything. Ireland is also great. Overall everyone I have come in contact with at this office has been fantastic. I recommend Jessie especially.

Dorothy Baldwin Everyone is so polite when you walk in the door. The doctors are awesome I see Dr Rodriguez and she is definitely a blessing. She listens to what your problems are and if tests have to be run she orders them to find out whats going on. She is a very sweet doctor. I would recommend this to anyone

Mike Howery Absolutely amazing. I have been under Dr. Kleins care for several years. After bouncing around so called specialists for years, Dr. Klein relatively quickly got the basis of my issue and I have been in great condition ever since. Controlling something as simple as cholesterol and triglycerides with simple supplements rather than prescription medicine has been a major relief. My blood work now is better than when I was a teenager.

Colleen Guillory I love Dr Klein and his staff. They are very thorough and there is never any surprises when you get there. Iris makes sure everyone is set before they come to the office. There is usually never a wait once you arrive either. Dr Klein is one of the kindest doctors I have met. He really cares about the well being of his patients. I felt very safe even after my first visit. He knows his stuff! I love that he has his own line of supplements to encourage good health without always having to take the big pharma meds. He and his PA Crystal are very knowledgeable and show so much compassion for you. One of the best things about his practice, besides incredible staff and doctor, is how you can communicate with the staff at anytime via the patient portal. It’s an all in one spot to book appointments, ask for non-narcotic medication refills, pay your bill, request appointments, and many other things. They are great about responding too. I’m Bless to have found such an amazing practice! Thanks to their care I have my health under control again and my pain under control and have been living a full productive life again. Thank you!

Tony Suszczynski The team at Advent Health DeLand Radiation Oncology are wonderful. Everyone shows you respect and compassion. Dr. Lopez is knowledgable and takes time with you. He explains things easily and fully. My partner comes to every appointment and they treat him equally wonderfully. Nurse Abby is always on top of things and is proactive. My patient advocate Jo is a lifesaver and a very valuable team member. And the radiation techs are now like family. They truly care and know their stuff. The entire team has given me great care along with tips and tricks to deal with the side effects. I feel very comfortable recommending this as a great health care option when fighting cancer that calls for radiation.

Richard Ward Had an appointment for an ultrasound. I showed up about 15 minutes early, and was almost immediately escorted to the procedure room. The very pleasant technician explained what she was going to do and directed me into the correct position. Of note, she had warmed the lubricant she uses on the sensing wand and it felt more like a massage than a medical procedure. Test was completed very quickly and I was on my way. The test results showed up in my patient portal a few hours later. All in all, an overall excellent visit.

Jessica Ortiz Dr. Schoenberg is phenomenal doctor. He provides the best care for his patients. He did my tonsillectomy and from the consultation to the day of the surgery, he was very straight forward, informative, and comforting to nervous patients like me. He took good care of me. It is a painful surgery but he’s very precise and proficient to minimize the pain.

Karen Jean-Gilles Awesome! I was treated for a Non Cardiac Arrest Stroke. The whole time I was there is a bit of a blur. I know my family felt comforted and I remember the nurse braided my hair and kept me at ease. For something so scary to happen, they made it easy and simple. I adore the nurses and doctors! Gina Christian I had to have my appendix removed after being transported from Orlando Health Emergency Room in Lake Mary, FL. From the emergency room to the ambulance ride and then finally Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital, everyone was wonderful! All the staff were extremely nice, attentive and helpful. All took the time to answer and ask questions and kept me informed on my prognosis. Dr. Ortega is the BEST. He was very informative. honest and even gave me a courtesy call at home a few days after my surgery to check on me and my healing progress. In fact, if I ever have to have surgery again and it could be performed by him, he would be my doctor of choice!

Liz Hill The nurse practitioner and the medical assistant were wonderful and professional. The front desk girl seemed annoyed and greeted me with a curt tone in her voice. Had I not been so sick I would have left and gone to another place, but I decided to wait and see how the other employees acted. They were very nice.

Emily Palo Honestly, probably the worst medical experience I’ve had. I came in with a very swollen ankle and couldn’t walk. The lady that brought me back called my name and did not offer ANY ASSISTANCE after seeing my condition, literally just stood in silence watching me struggle to get to the door. We get to the back, and again no assistance to the X-Ray room. We move to a room, and AGAIN she just silently and awkwardly watches me try to walk. We get to the room and she offers me a walking aid? Way too late. We wrap up in the room and I have my phone, wallet, cup, and shoe that now has to be off because of the wrap and swelling. She then watches me fumble with all of my stuff and tells me “Don’t forget your shoe.” I didn’t expect her to pick up after me but honestly the lack of help was so disheartening. She again watched me struggle to get everything together and about what felt like ten minutes later….She asked if I needed a bag for my stuff. Again…wayyy too late. I’m so disappointed with this visit. The only thing that was good was the help from the doctor and her listening and understanding how I ended up there.

Brian Shaw The staff is kind, courteous, professional and very understanding. My visit was less than an hour, my wait time to be seen was maybe 10 minutes. So very thankful for them all. The facility was clean and organized.
