From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. The nurses were attentive and always quick to respond to my needs, while the doctors took the time to explain my treatment plan in detail and address any concerns I had. The facilities were clean, modern, and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive experience. Even during my recovery, I felt supported by the entire team. 5 /5 T Haggerty: From the time I walked in the hospital, everyone was courteous and helpful. The nursing staff was very professional, personal and caring. The doctors thoroughly explained how things would go and did a brief follow up after in recovery. My experience was a positive one and I would return again for any testing procedures.

The nursing staff was caring and excellent despite the fact that I had reaction from decadron, part of anesthesia. I couldnt sleep, and my body was nervous inside, causing me to be very anxious. The professional charge nurse was very helpful. We need to continue to have experience nurses to teach new nurses.

I know my family felt comforted and I remember the nurse braided my hair and kept me at ease. For something so scary to happen, they made it easy and simple. I adore the nurses and doctors! And Im incredibly thankful.

5 /5 Gina Christian: I had to have my appendix removed after being transported from Orlando Health Emergency Room in Lake Mary, FL. From the emergency room to the ambulance ride and then finally Orlando Health South Seminole Hospital, everyone was wonderful! All the staff were extremely nice, attentive and helpful. All took the time to answer and ask questions and kept me informed on my prognosis. Dr. Ortega is the BEST. He was very informative. honest and even gave me a courtesy call at home a few days after my surgery to check on me and my healing progress. In fact, if I ever have to have surgery again and it could be performed by him, he would be my doctor of choice!
