Paige Dickinson The care is amazing. The doctor really listens and the team makes sure you understand everything before leaving the office. 5 stars for care. Unfortunately time is an issue. My first appointment the receptionist was 15 min late which did not allow me to fill out the paperwork in time so they took another patient before me delaying my appointment almost 30 minutes. My second appointment the receptionist was not there again. When she returned another patient was signing in at the window and she took her first. Again pushing my appointment back over 30 min. I schedule first thing in the morning because I work an hour from the hospital. Timeliness I give them a 3.

Eleanor My experience was wonderful from beginning to end. I came in early Friday morning after my water broke at home. Jessika my nurse stayed with me and held my hand as labor progressed, until my husband arrived just in time to welcome our baby girl! The rest of the nurses and recovery nurse staff were also kind and considerate throughout the whole process, and I really appreciated that the nighttime checks were very minimal, so baby girl and I could sleep (when she wasn’t nursing ;) ). I’m so grateful for such a wonderful birthing experience!

Diana Morris We had the most amazing experience. Everyone from the lady who did my admissions paperwork to the nurse who discharged me, was exceptional. My labor and delivery nurse, Yvette went above and beyond for me and I am so grateful to of had her as my nurse. Truly the staff and doctor made it such a magical experience for us.

Mike Au My wife and I came to this hospital to have our firstborn delivered here. Words cannot describe how truly grateful we were with the staff here. From the moment we entered this hospital, we felt safe with the security presence here. The lobby was modern, clean and spacious. The entire nursing staff, technicians and physicians on call are all fantastic. As a healthcare provider myself, I can truly say that the employees here are extremely well-trained, articulate, empathetic and compassionate about their patients. The care team will take the time to discuss anything and everything with you. Our stay here was impeccable and truly amazing. When we have another child, we will return here again. We highly recommend this terrific hospital to anybody looking for care and services here. I want to thank all of the employees and care team members that played an extremely positive role in the birth of our child. God bless you all.

Kimberly Alamo I was in the hospital from Feb 22- Feb 25 and all of the staff were amazing! Especially the nurses that took care of me! Nurse Lila, Nurse Michelle & Nurse McKenna, another nurse that I sadly cannot remember her name but I know it started with a T & she had a Caribbean accent

Desiree Rivera Hands down the best hospital! I couldn’t be more thankful for all the nurses and medical staff at St. Joseph’s Women’s Hospital. My nurse Vanessa was absolutely amazing during labor and delivery she kept me calm and coached me through the entire process. My night nurse Taylor was a savior, she ensured we had everything we needed and gave me so much reassurance and support post delivery. Hands down best hospital in Tampa, could not have asked for a better experience!

Queen J I had an amazing experience with my endoscopy today! The entire team was fantastic – fast, friendly, and incredibly supportive. From the moment I arrived, check-in was seamless and easy. The staff made sure to thoroughly explain everything and assured me they’d be with me every step of the way. Throughout the procedure, they consistently checked on me, making me feel at ease and confident in their care. The procedure itself went great, and my recovery was smooth and comfortable. I truly appreciate the level of care I received at this hospital. Highly recommend!

Amanda Buschbom I recently had a surgery here. I previously had a surgery at another hospital in Central Florida and it was not a good experience. However, the care I got at this hospital was top notch. From my first RN (Melinda), to my Nurse Anesthetist (Ashely), surgical RN (Dave), and recovery (Tanisha). I felt safe, I was comfortable, and I would 100% recommend this hospital for procedures.

Amanda B Had a horrible experience with the coordinator. We are trying to get dual listed and she refuse to get any records from the other transplant institute. She said that all of our appointments will have to be in person. They double bill the insurance for the same test we got done 1 month ago. Will not be proceeding. Please find elsewhere for kidney transplant.

Lisa Andrews I cant thank Tampa General Hospital enough for saving my daughters life! She was next to death and found her a liver so fast. They took such good care of her all the while keeping me up to date on how she was doing during surgery. They are my heros!

Jason Winters Was air lifted to TGH in Nov 21’. Had a liver transplant in less than 2 weeks. Had many complications and spent several months in TGH, but the awesome liver team saw me through it all. My bad liver killed my kidneys and I just had a kidney transplant back at TGH on 11/02/22. Had no complications and was walking the halls in the hospital on the 4th day post transplant. Couldn’t be happier with the care I received from my transplant doctors, nurses, techs, etc. TGH saved my life, not once, but twice. Forever grateful.

Amber Kadlic There is no better place than this children’s ER. From the moment we walked in all the staff was amazing. The nurses and doctors were absolute perfection with my 11-year-old son. Even the nurse putting in the IV for my little, was so gentle and sweet and funny. They made the whole experience so wonderful that he is absolutely not afraid to go to the ER. He even asked to go back to visit them.

R Jessica (The Crafty Rabbit) The good: The staff here was phenomenal!! Every one of the nurses were incredibly sweet and helpful. Not just to our daughter but to us. But the Doctor was unbelievable, every time I stepped out I saw him monitoring his patients screens. I was there for hours and not once did I see him not watching their vitals on the computer and working. Now adays Ive seen doctors do the bare minimum and the nurses are the ones doing all the work as the doctors goofing off or no where to be found. I am blown away by the care received. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, For everything. The not so great: (This is regarding the hospital itself) We had just arrived for our vacation and had to go straight to the ER for my daughter. My teenage sons were forced to stay in the car due to safety reasons, in a place theyve never been. I understand why the precautions were taken, but these are still children. If you dont feel its safe enough for them to come in how are they safe in your parking lots? We didnt have time to deal with that. Please have some consideration for minors and put up a sign to advise parents of this. Other than that, I am so grateful we ended up here for our babygirl. I wish I had all of your names to give you the credit you all deserve.

Kishia Williams I am the custodial guardian of my grandson. I always want to make sure he has the best in care. The nurses there truly met my expectation. They were excellent and in my opinion went over and beyond to make him comfortable with the procedure he was having. If in the future, he is to have medical care, I look forward to him having it at your facility. Thank you all so much for your hard work and dedication.

Joann Ford _ I had a terrible experience with the hospitalist and her resident. Apparently they were not communicating and the resident was putting in orders the doctor and respiratory did not agree with 2 days in a row. This made me very uncomfortable with my son’s care. The respiratory staff was great and seemed to know what they were doing. The nurses were great but forgot to give us a school and work note upon discharge. Then when I called back to F3 the next day, I got hung up on twice by the nurses station. I’ll probably just take my son to John Hopkins in St. Pete if there is a next time.

LeAnn Elliott My son who has heart defects since birth had symptoms of strep. Within 15 minutes of arriving and checking in, he had vitals and swabs done. He was seen by a doctor, given a dose of antibiotics, and out the door in two hours. The care was excellent! It was Christmas evening and the ER was busy. We experienced friendliness, kindness, and professionalism. This was our first experience with St. Joe’s and I’ve already recommended them several times since. I felt heard and understood why I was bringing my son to be seen in the ER on Christmas. Thank you, St. Joe’s!

I would love to see her again before I leave, I got moved and she’s not on this floor. Overall facility the been good. I would just say that Dr.Atigrue doesn’t spend enough time in the room when he rounds. Makes me feel like he doesn’t have time to answer any of my questions.

Isaiah Whidden I have been attempting to reach Jason in Case Management and he refuses to return calls or respond to emails. After speaking with him directly, he completely disregarded family and patient wishes and choice to follow a path that he wanted - “as he stated we should be grateful for what is offered to us for placements” - even after acknowledging alter facilities could not meet her demanding medical needs. After speaking with his superior Tangela, she was able to offer the support and resources that my family was needing. I strongly encourage to work directly with Tangela over Jason!

Anthony Kincer My mother was placed here by Tampa general for rehabilitation of mass trauma wounds, and it has been disheartening to say the least. One nightmare scenario after another, I have documented the short comings/ borderline malpractice of some of the staff and the poor state of the facility itself. From just not doing her scheduled wound care to allowing her colostomy bag to literally explode and several times rupture actually causing an infection in her leg wounds which wasnt discovered until her room smelled of the infection. Her therapy bed which is filled with sand also ruptured from a nurses mishandling and my mother was forced to sit with open wounds in over 3 inches of loose sand for almost 18 hours before they finally moved her into another. By then the sand had filled into her leg wound so much they were forced to suction and clean it out. She has not been properly bathed in the entire time since being admitted. The two rooms shes been in so not have working air conditioning (she was moved from one for the same reason, only for the other to have the same exact issue) she is constantly sweating leaving her bandages and the wound itself moist all the time. Not all her caregivers are terrible, but most cant answer basic questions that we have, or refer us to wait for someone who speaks English. Coming on here to rant is not my intention, I just want her to have the care and treatment she deserves. Minus a few of the rotating nurses the hospital staff is mostly friendly but ineffectual at getting work orders through and actually having problems solved. The care shes been given is absolutely disgraceful and if it is not remedied my family is looking into possible litigation for neglect and malpractice

Gina Fernandez No one is ever happy to have a family member in need of special care, but it helps so much when you feel like they are in good hands. I didn’t have a single interaction that was negative in any way. I thank the CNAs, nurses, therapists and all the staff for their kindness and compassion. Specifically, I’d like to thank Talisha for her kindness and care- always going above and beyond what is expected. She brings a little something extra, a little sunshine and personal connection that didn’t go unnoticed. Leaving your loved one is not easy- but when she is there, I feel more at ease and that is priceless! It takes a special person to do her job and I hope she knows how much it is appreciated.

Elisabeth Gordon Every time I come here, without fail, I am waiting well over an hour. This urgent care is ALWAYS understaffed. They do not have enough staff to meet the demand of business they have. I came for a TB test, I do not need to see a Dr, and have been waiting for over an hour. There is one staff working to round on every single patient they have here the lady at the front desk told me. I took my son to the actual emergency room last night and waited way less than I actually do at this specific urgent care location. Save yourself time and go to another urgent care.

Jacquie Roby The practitioner that was there last Wednesday didn’t seem like she wanted to take care of anyone. I heard her tell the person in the room next to me to go to the ER. And when she came to my room she told me that she couldn’t help me and sent me to the ER as well. So that was a nice $1000 bill for influenza. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

Heidi Ford This urgent care is in a convenient location, but my experience was frustrating. The first time I went, I waited for two hours. The following week, I got sick with something else and returned, only to wait nearly three hours. Other patients were seen before me, and after finally being seen, I was told nothing was wrong. I then went to a different urgent care, where I received the treatment I needed right away.

Scott McGee Dr. Docimo and his team are the best at what they do. Their multi layered pre surgical process that takes into account dietary, physical and mental aspects of bariatric surgery, do an excellent job of preparing you for what is to come. The surgery itself went off without any issues. Perhaps 2-3 days of minor pain but then no issues at all. The surgery was very clean and healed extremely well. Dr Docimo’s team has changed my life and extended it. If you are considering bariatric surgery, this is the team to go with. Likely one of the best in America.

michelle masters I came to the emergency room on Veterans Day with intense pain in my side at about 1:00 a.m.. the person at the desk in the emergency room got me a wheelchair and told me to wait in which I did having no other choice. The waiting room only had two other people in it at this hour and yet I sat in pain for about 2 hours which I had asked several times if somebody could help me and get me looked at. Once that finally happened my experience was completely different than that in the emergency room. The emergency room didnt seem to have a sense of urgency and yet my appendix was about to rupture so I wasnt very happy with my experience at 1:00 a.m. in the emergency room but after I got a CT scan and some pain medication and was admitted to an actual room the whole experience was completely different. The surgeon told me I would be having my appendix removed the resident was there to reassure me and go over procedures and what was going to happen. As I waited in my room my nurse and my nurse Tech were amazing they took great care of me until they came to get me for surgery. I did have surgery that morning to remove my appendix and that went extremely well with no complications. The recovery room was comfortable and well monitored and they kept me until my vitals were stable enough to let me go. When I did return to my room, they had some Jello and chicken broth waiting for me as well as some fluids they administered my pain medication and made sure to take my vitals frequently as my blood pressure wouldnt stay Within a normal range. They were there throughout the day and night anytime I needed assistance or press the button they were very attentive someone was there within minutes. Both the day crew and the overnight crew were wonderful, I would recommend a Hospital stay at St Josephs to anybody who needs medical care, because it was clean, they were respectful & responsible, it was everything that a hospital experience should be... with people checking on me frequently and making sure that I was okay and able to be discharged two days later.

Eileen Murphy I have been to the ER multiple times between me and my kids, and this time I was admitted. Every single person involved in my care in every single department, from ER to imaging to floor to procedure to recovery, was AMAZING: kind, caring, happy to answer questions or help. I never felt like a burden, I never felt dismissed, I never felt like they were rolling their eyes at me; even when they thought something was likely NBD they took me seriously and made sure (and when the tests showed it was a big deal, they immediately accepted that and pivoted instead of doubling down on their original assessment). Truly I have interacted with a lot of medical professionals, and not only were these some of the best, they were universally wonderful across the board. I cannot recommend this facility highly enough.

Richard Ottum Doctor Agazi is the most awesome brain surgeon that has removed an infected shunt from my traumatized brain and replaced the old dirty infected shunt with a new clean shunt. His precise operations saved my life from a case of hydrocephalus and cerebral spinal fluid infection from a shunt that was infected from its first placement at the initial surgeon placed in the very most early stage of medical intervention in my brain after a traumatic brain injury I acquired while home on leave. Long story short; Doctor Agazi is awesome thank you again and the end

Russ Brandt I had to have emergency surgery a few years ago. My local neurosurgeon recommended going to Tampa General Hospital since it was too risky a surgery for him. When I got to Tampa General late at night, Dr Agazzi met with me and explained my options. He ordered tests and it was determined I needed surgery first thing in the morning. Of course I was scared but he and the staff put me as much at ease as possible and treated me with the utmost respect and dignity. Once the surgery was over and I was in intensive care, I knew things would work out well. On a side note, I cannot day enough of how dedicated the nurses in intensive care are - they made my stay there as good as it could possibly be. Now three years later, I just met with Dr Agazzi for another routine follow up. He went through my entire recovery and showed me my old test results and my latest. Everything looks completely normal and I do not have to follow up for three years. I do not know that there is another doctor and staff that could have given me a complete recovery as well as taken the time to explain to me every step of the way what was happening and made me feel so comfortable. My family and I thank you for everything you do!

Mitchell Messer I went to TGH for an emergency issue due to a known skull/Brain tumor. Agazzi and his very very unorganized team were assigned to my diagnosis. Which after a week they ruled out it wasn’t a clot it was the tumor which we already knew. He loads me up on steroids and other pre surgery meds discharges and tells me I’ll have a follow up asap and the surgery will be getting scheduled very soon after that. Almost 2 months after discharge and me making tons of calls I finally get a follow up scheduled. At this point my emergency issues is very bad. As well as the medication he started me on sent me back to the hospital for kidney stones. So I head back to TGH for my kidney stones they have to do 2 surgeries for the stones, two weeks apart. On top of all this he sends students in to tell me he wants to do the surgery a day after my 2nd kidney surgery and they tell me a completely different plan for surgery then he had mentioned months ago. When I finally told them I was not comfortable with the communication I was getting or care over all from Agazzi or his team. Agazzi would throw my vision issues that the tumor was causing in my face. Which is just wrong because I wanted nothing but the surgery and solution. I was ready. My solution. I got with Moffitt Cancer center. I had my appt with my neurosurgeon at Moffitt. I was scheduled a surgery date the same day of only 2 weeks out. Surgery went better then we all could of asked for. Tumor was completely removed. Recovery has been a blessing.

Kristy Johnson I gave birth on 03/07/25 and all the staff were amazing! Super helpful and willing to answer any questions. Two staff I wanna mention by name are Valentina and Kerri. Valentina helped coach me through labor and Kerri was the BEST teacher and encouraged me with breastfeeding. All around a great experience. The staff actually care and listen to their patients

Frank Valdez I am enjoying my therapy with all the therapist who have helped me. They have all treated me as an important person and they have all been very professional and friendly. I look forward to making my appointments and hopefully feeling better. I look forward to one day being able to manage my problems on my own.

Joe Pandora I visited the ER in the evening, and at first, it seemed like the process would be quick. Within the first 20 minutes, my blood pressure and temperature were taken, and about 30 minutes later, I was brought into a room to speak with a nurse. Up until that point, everything was running smoothly—the nurses were attentive, and the technician was fantastic. However, my experience took a turn for the worse when the ER doctor arrived. He repeatedly cut me off as I tried to explain my symptoms and showed little interest in actually listening to my concerns. His lack of bedside manner made an already stressful situation even more frustrating. After my ultrasound, I was placed back in the waiting room, where I sat for over six hours before finally receiving an update. When the doctor finally returned, he simply told me he had no clue what was wrong and left the decision up to me on whether to stay in the hospital. I understand that ER doctors may not always have immediate answers, but a professional approach would have been to consult a colleague rather than dismiss my concerns so casually. I didn’t come to the ER to diagnose myself. Waiting six hours for a vague response was disappointing and disheartening. The only saving grace of this visit was the kindness and professionalism of the nurses and technician. Unfortunately, the poor experience with the ER doctor overshadowed their great care. 3/5 stars – all thanks to the nursing staff.

Tania Collazo We had an excellent experience during my sons hospital stay. The doctors were knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring we understood every step of my sons care. The nurses were compassionate, professional, and always went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. I’m truly grateful for their dedication and support throughout my sons recovery. I wish we could’ve received an estimate cost at the time, but I guess that’s the process. The unknown of costs is the only concern at this point.

Kathy Willoughby I go to physical therapy here and they’re really super great. The people there are fantastic. They treat you with respect and they greet you every time you walk in the door and they always make sure you’re happy and they tell you to have a good Evening when you leave. And they’re always checking on you to see how you’ve been and how you’ve been feeling I know which is the same lol and their sense of humor is great, but you do need in this kind of business.

Steven Whitmer After 30 years of going to the same office it might be time to change. My medication is now being held hostage for additional billable office visits. Yearly physicals and blood work are now turning in to you must see us two, three, or four times a year. Medications havent changed in 10 years, why do I now need to waste time and money coming in to the office every three to six months?

tandc4vr Uncompassionate, inflexible care. Worst hospital and clinic system I have ever had the need of visiting. I have been followed for 30 plus years across the US for my health issues. Moffitt was recommended to me when I moved to Florida. I am now in the process of finding a different cancer center closer to my home because of the issues I’m having here. Look at the recent reviews - many of them are negative for a reason. It’s hard to get appointments here without even simple labs and scans being months out. When you are dealing with cancer, you don’t have that time. Doctor appointments are minimum of five months out. Refusal and inability to schedule multiple appointments for one day so you have to deal with the drive, traffic, and parking nightmare here multiple times a month. Condescending staff who refuse to assist patients with simple requests. There are other places rated better.

John Dix Moffitt is terrible! No return calls, long wait on the phone to schedule appointments. . Appointments are scheduled months out. Not easy to contact your providers. My wife was misdiagnosed/never diagnosed and treated 18 months for the wrong cancer. The 18 months of treatments that were worthless and caused many side effects she still experience till this day. We left Moffitt and went to another Cancer Center. They immediately knew what cancer ahe had. They were able to confirm it within two weeks with a biopsy. Moffitt botched at least two biopsies and never really made an effort to confirm where the cancer originated

Travis Eggers I only know this place from taking my dad. There’s valet parking. A Starbucks occupies one end of the main lobby along with a quiet section off to the left as you enter. The space is open and airy. The staff I’ve met are very professional. It’s seems to be a very nice hospital that I hope you never have to visit.

Sydney Hayes I completely agree with the negative reviews I have seen regarding Moffitt Cancer Center and their staff after my recent experience with Aabedah Taher, APRN at Advent Health Riverview. She was sent to consult on my grandmother during her stay in the ICU and she was completely insensitive and demonstrated a lack of bedside manner. It is clear from these reviews and my own experience that Moffitt does not care about their patients and there is a clear lack of sensitivity towards patients dealing with serious illness. I would not recommend Moffitt to anyone battling cancer and is seeking compassion. Please consider Florida Cancer Specialists instead.

Robin Desmore This is NOT a good review, and it saddens me to think that it has a “great” reputation for fighting cancer but cannot figure out how to schedule appointments and deal with patients who have problems after surgery. Never come to an appointment that a resident scheduled or better yet, if it’s NOT in the patient portal don’t bother showing up. Because even though my appointment was changed 3x while I was AT the facility…I waited 2.35 hours. It was emotional day for a cancer patient and stressful as just a for any individual.

Diana Rey Dr Zachary is an amazing Dr. I had 2 babies with him he is always on track of your progress, for me the best is he always go straight to the point. There is not big chats about baby growing or stuff that you can learn by your self. He goes more to details about your baby. Which make the appointment way better no time wasting. They ensure baby and mom health. Happy with my delivery and thankful how special and cared he make us feel during the delivery process. C section both babies. He definitely is the best of the best in Tampa General!

Allison Bello I truly believe all these good reviews are paid for. There is no way for a person to have so many bad experiences with the same team. I am a current patient and listen, I have just stayed here because I don’t like changing doctors since I’m almost giving birth. The doctor itself is good but the overall team is the worst thing you could ever expect. Rude, unprofessional, never pick up the call and are even LATE to open the office at the time of your appointment!!!!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Heather Bliss Called and remained on hold for over 17 minutes. When the office staff finally answered she wasn’t knowledgeable about procedures offered and placed me back on hold again. She was maintaining other conversations while on the phone with me. Total hold time over 20 minutes, going elsewhere as office staff’s lack of knowledge and unprofessional behavior does not bode well for the healthcare provider.

Adrianna Castellano I’ve been a patient of Dr.Zakhary since I’ve been 16years old and I am now 30. He delivered both of my children and both burning experiences were great. He’s so full of love and compassion. I was only 17 when i birthed my 1st child and Dr.Zakhary educated as well as pacified me. Hopefully I will finally give him that boy he’s always asking about. Dr.Zakhary you’re the BEST!!

Katherin Abreus Dr. Zakhary and his team are the best. He delivered my baby at Advent Health Tampa and I had the best birthday experience there. I really enjoyed my pregnancy and he made me feel safe and well taken care of throughout those nine months. I have been his patient for over a year now and I would recommend this practice 100%. My family and I are really grateful.

Wahid, Wade Abawi This place used to be a really nice facility, but now you are dealing with rude head nurses who talk back to you. They dont do their job; you have to wait for weeks for your referrals to be sent. Heres a small portion of a letter that I wrote about the patients relationship. Dear Dr. Mosley, I hope this message finds you well. I would like to follow up on my earlier email regarding my troubling experience at USF Health. Earlier today, I requested to speak with a supervisor from the Primary Care Division and was introduced to Miss Lori Brock. I approached her with my concerns in a calm yet frustrated manner, hoping to find a resolution to my ongoing issues with medication pre-authorization. Unfortunately, instead of offering support or a listening ear, Miss Brock displayed a dismissive attitude, arguing with me rather than de-escalating the situation. Her behavior only heightened my frustration; it was disheartening to witness someone in a supervisory position respond in such an unprofessional way. When I requested to speak with her supervisor, she turned away with disgust, stating that she had "nothing to say" and returned to the facility without offering any assistance. I also would like to mention that I had an appointment with a urologist at USF. After the procedure, my penis and my testicles were infected, and one of my testicles was 10 times bigger than the other one full of infection. No one from the urologist Department, which is led by Dr carrion, ever called me to check up on me after the procedure. Usually, when you go through a procedure they call you a couple of days after to make sure youre okay, now Im going back and forth to the emergency room it seems like the infection has gone up to my stomach, and even to my upper back maybe around my kidney. This used to be a very nice Hospital now it seems like no one really cares and if you file a complaint they will just laugh it off this is absolutely unbelievable.

Sherry Wickham Tried to make an appointment at the Center for Gastroenterology. Told I have to have a referral. Their policy, not the insurances policy. Not great, but ok, Im relatively new to the area and havent found a new primary care, so lets find one in your network. Today is Feb 5, the first available appointment in the South Tampa area is end of May. Or I could drive 2 hours to Seminole, at the end of March. Ah. So, the word care must mean something else to this hospital system than it does to most people. I guess this is why the emergency room at TGH is always so busy, its slow but its faster than 3 months?

Eduardo E To: Dr Jennifer Costa What you did to me today was beyond disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Your time is not more valuable than mine. I come here and I have waited outside for over 30 minutes, then sat alone in a room for another 30 minutes, only to have a student—not even the person I was supposed to see—show up and waste 20 more minutes asking me unnecessary questions. to make matters worse, this same student usually stayed in the room during my consultation, making me feel uncomfortable and violating my privacy. And yet, because I was five minutes late, you refused to see me? I took time off work to be here, and this is how you treat me? The hypocrisy and lack of professionalism are staggering.I will never be coming back here. Your narcissism and blatant disregard for other people’s time are too much for me to tolerate. Teach your receptionist some manners. She talks to people with an attitude

Geoffrey Cox Very poor management and Drs in there primary department on multiple visits miscoded and countless times trying to fix billing issues that didnt line up with insurance they could care less. Well be going elsewhere. I advise you too. Plenty of primary options in Tampa Bay to avoid a careless attitude.

Jo (Jo) This ER has gone downhill! The majority of the staff is very professional very informative and an absolute pleasure however the nurse Delaney I personally want as a man passed by with his urine sample that is obviously bloody and her look at another nurse in disgust. This is not my first time seeing this particular nurse. Every single interaction Ive ever had or this nurse has been around she is rude unprofessional she gives the dirtiest most disgusted looks constantly shes not friendly at all God forbid you have a question Dont go to her she will legit act like you are just bothering her. Otherwise everyone else I have interacted with at this hospital has been pretty pleasant.

darrolyn wilds I had a wonderful experience. I was taken right back with the symptoms I was experiencing and although the nurse did offer me a blanket or the tv remote. A young man minutes late interpersonal skills made me forget that I was cold. He went and found a warm blanket and gave me the remote and explained the room would be ready in a minute. After that it was great.

Kat B. The worst hospital experience Ive ever had. It makes me nervous to go to a hospital ever again. I pulled my back out the day before and was in excruciating pain. The doctor just made things worse and outright lied to me multiple times. His solution was to push painkillers on me that I didnt ask for, do a CT scan after which I was left in a room alone for 3-4 hours with vital sensors and an IV that wasnt hooked up to anything. They didnt even plug in the hospital bed. After a few hours I called for a nurse 30 minutes past and no one came. So I wanted to leave and go home after realizing they were not doing anything for me. The nurse shoved a form at me to sign that said my leaving would be against my doctors medical recommendation and that he had explained this and the consequences to me and that my leaving would cause my insurance not to cover the visit. I was fuming. No such conversation had taken place at all. At that point I hadnt seen my doctor for hours. I was in so much pain. I was trembling and crying but waited for the results of my CT scan another hour later so I wouldnt be fully financially responsible for the visit and then my partner had to take me in a wheelchair out of there. The next day I was able to go to a walk-in clinic to get the steroid shot in my back that I had hoped for in the hospital. It should be embarrassing that a small town walk-in clinic was able to take care of my problem at no cost to me over a giant Advent Health Hospital in the USF area of downtown Tampa. If I could leave negative stars I would.

Velencia Russell I had the pleasure of meeting Kyle for the second time as he was familiar about my last visit. Then there was Adam who graced my presence. Both gentlemen have great bedside manners and very polite. They knew the answers to the questions I had and made me feel like more than just a patient. Please let them know I said, “thanks for the care they gave me and I see them going further in their careers!” Wonderful visit and the hospital was clean. Everyone from check in to my doctors were great in the service they delivered!

Tina Bland I had an awesome experience in the ED. My nurse Savanna, Dr. Saavedra Roman, and PA-C Gregory C. were excellent and took the best care of me and my family during my brief stay in the ED. Gregory C., PA-C sutured my chin after an accident I had. He aligned the margins of my skin up perfectly and is healing better than I thought it would. Thank you for the best possible care! I would definitely recommend the ED at Tampa Advent Healtj.
