My first appointment the receptionist was 15 min late which did not allow me to fill out the paperwork in time so they took another patient before me delaying my appointment almost 30 minutes. My second appointment the receptionist was not there again. When she returned another patient was signing in at the window and she took her first. Again pushing my appointment back over 30 min. I schedule first thing in the morning because I work an hour from the hospital. Timeliness I give them a 3.
