5 /5 cherri: Im so glad I found A&E!! Ive been there twice now. What great service, and kind, efficient people who clearly really like where they work, and it shows. I was given a thorough detailed estimate before hand each time. The work was done in the amount of time estimated, actually a bit less both times. I got a detailed report with pictures, and explanation of work. I never paid more than estimate, and once significantly less. They were great about helping me prioritize what really needed to be done now, and what could wait. I got good, practical advice, and I am so grateful. There is a really nice waiting room with coffee and snacks and magazines. I cant say enough about how thoughtful and friendly these people are. Its so refreshing. I was referred to them by a shop that was unable to do the first repair I needed, a cable replaced that operated the gas cap flap. So, if u like great service, and great people this is your place to go for repairs and service.

5 /5 Diana: Wow! My new auto repair shop ! The staff is smiling ,friendly and thoughtful. The office is beautiful and very clean with an amazing ,enclosed waiting room which provides comfortable seating, a wide variety of reading material, water,coffee and snacks. Ive never seen an auto repair shop as immaculate, accommodating and appealing as this one in my 72 yrs. Their attention to detail on the mechanic side of the business is just as impressive . They cover everything you need to know about your vehicles repairs, tests and pricing. I am blown away by the quality of service and exceptional detail they offer their customers!
