5 /5 Heather Williams: Back in December I had brought my car in for an oil change and without any warning beforehand, supposedly my car would not start up after they were finished. It rubbed me the wrong way as I’ve had shops tell me things are wrong when they were not. After getting a run around the manager at the time told me he would take care of my next oil change. Came in today (06/13) and the new manager Chris, (who knew nothing about the situation), honored my free oil change, replaced my engine air filter, and walked me through my car details in a respectful and professional manner! On top of that, he took care of my husbands car brakes with a discount. Very unexpected but EXTREMELY thankful that he took time out to recognize our needs and work with us without hesitation. He was also very personal as well which made me feel 100x more comfortable as we talked about our families. Big shout out to him and of course the other workers that helped us today in a respectful and patient manner. Kudos! We will be back… hopefully not soon lol. ☺️
