5 /5 SuzMonkey: I was on my way home today, with another hour to go. My passenger side window was down and the switch was not working. Rain was imminent. I had to get the window up. My sister, a resident of Altha, took me to Advanced Auto in Blountstown because she said the folks who worked there were friendly and might help. Im so glad she did, because she was right. I told John my story and, while he couldnt actually do the work, he loaned me his own tools and walked me through taking the inside panel off the door and getting the window back up. He was personable, friendly, and vey patient with this old lefty. The rains held off until the job was done, and John stuck with me until we were sure the window was in place and would hold. Great man, great place, great hometown service. Thank you, John, I appreciate you!
