5 /5 Shawn Blake: I was at advent health for a little over 2 days and was pleasantly surprised at the professionalism and care. Every employee from Dr, nurse, assistants, techs, all treated me great and made me comfortable while doing their jobs. Lance my nurse for 2 days was very kind and took care of me very well as did Ana on the morning of my departure all the staff really helped to keep everyone calm and comfortable while waiting the hospital was extremely extremely busy and waiting times were long things could have turned ugly if they didnt have such good staff thank you advent health for getting me squared away and on my way as fast as possible

4 /5 A nn Kashmer: Due to chest pains, I was taken quickly to get an EKG. When that was compared to a year ago, there was no change. I waited for about an hour and got my blood work done and waited in the waiting room for another hour. Was feeling better and then left. Was able to see my blood work and heart enzyme on my patient portal when I got home. They said they had an emergency room ready for me but were waiting for the existing occupant to get admitted.

5 /5 Mary: Everyone was great but the waiting time from start to discharge was almost 8 hours 4:30 pm to 12:15 midnight. I and others were laying the hallway. Those who took care of me were competent and efficient. Very polite and knowledgeable and concerned for my well being. The place was very busy. Everyone was doing their best.

5 /5 Arlene Mazzoni: Even though the ER was full and the wait very long, the assistance I received was personal and staff took the time to explain things to me and took good care of me. Twice a gentleman came in and prayed with us. That brought a short calming to the many people there. Most stopped, bowed their head, and listened. Of course there were a few soothsayers in the group but that will happen. The after affect was calming. It took a lot of courage for someone so young to get up in front of a hard tired sick crowd to get them to quiet down and listen. He is doing a wonderful job. Even the playing of a lullaby when a baby was born brought smiles to some complaining about people waiting. All in all this wasn’t a wasn’t a wonderful experience for people in pain but the staff kept smiling and kept saying I’m sorry for your long wait they’ve been trained well
