4 /5 Valerie Libutti: Updated: I had a wonderful experience with a new Dr and the staff there. Hopefully things continue to function this way from now on. I removed one star because it is super inconvenient that they’re only open Mondays now.

Incompetent office staff, doctor made me wait for no reason, and didn’t care once they finally made it to my room.
I’ve been trying to get a refill on my medication for 3 days. I have spent hours on hold waiting to speak to someone on 3 separate days to get a prescription called in and they keep telling me they are going to do it and then they don’t.
Finally today they said they called it in and they called the WRONG PRESCRIPTION in. So I had to call again and I get attitude from the office girl! After helping me, I was thanking her and she hung up on me. They are completely incompetent and then give me an attitude for trying to get my medication? They should be ashamed with how they run this office with people’s health at stake.
I’ll be finding another allergist asap and I recommend you go elsewhere as well if you care about your health.
