5 /5 Justin Grandic: I recently visited Bethesda’s Emergency Room after a car accident, and I can’t say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate, and efficient. Especially Nurse Nicolette at triage, Nurse Selene and the PA Heather. The check-in process was smooth, and I was seen quickly despite the busy ER. The nurses were kind, reassuring, and made sure I was comfortable. They were thorough, explaining every step of my treatment and ensuring I understood my care plan. They took the time to answer all my questions, which really helped ease my anxiety. Imaging and tests were done promptly, and I was kept informed throughout my visit. The level of professionalism and kindness I received from the entire team made a stressful situation much more manageable. I truly appreciate the dedication of the medical staff and would highly recommend Bethesda to anyone in need of emergency care. Thank you to the amazing ER team for taking such great care!!

5 /5 Linda Rose: I received excellent care today. The check in process was quick and was taken back to a room in a short time. Everyone that was involved with my care was very friendly and reassuring. I received a CT scan in a timely manner. I think this is a great ER.

Hats off to a great group of hard working staff, nurses. and outstanding doctors. Thanks for a job well done team! Im still alive and healing successfully.
