It would have been easier for me to pursue medical self care if other receptionists communicated half as professionally as she does. I have rejected mental health care occasionally throughout the past ten years simply because of the attitude of the customer service staff at various other mental health offices in different locations. It is a shame other companies cant or wont prioritize patient communication to the level of excellence the Care Clinic does in Melbourne.
