Their team was in constant communication with me on the progress of our car’s repair. The work was done very quickly and correctly. I never feel like they’re trying to upsell me on things that aren’t totally necessary either like a lot of other shops do. Rob is always super helpful and accommodating! 5 /5 Joseph Shields: This was my first experience with City Auto Repair and I was not disappointed. This is the first time we’ve needed a mechanic (besides dealership warranty repairs) since moving to Gainesville a few years ago. Not only were they incredibly friendly, but they were able to identify the issue quickly and repair it the same day for a very reasonable price. They came highly recommended by a trusted friend, and now I see why. They’ve earned a new customer.

5 /5 Mary Munson: I took my car to a tire business to have a tire patched. It was discovered the key for the locking lug nut was missing. They sent me on my way. I called Rachael. She had me send a pix of the locking lug nut. She felt they had an instrument that could unlock it. Unfortunately, they did not. She then had someone run to Hyundai to borrow the correct key. So, were able to remove and patch tire. She replaced locking with regular lug nuts so no future problem. Grand total $45 Lesson learned… car only goes to City Auto, period!!
