5 /5 Thioro Fall: Sometimes you don’t realize the full value of a service until you no longer have it. I’ve been out of the US since May 2025, and I will say this: I miss good customer service—like the kind I received from Billy’s Auto Repairs just a week before my trip. I watched your team carefully tow my car and had a friendly interaction with my husband. After the service, Ethan called, and his voice over the phone sounded like it was a great pleasure for us to take care of your car. When people provide an excellent service in your absence, you can trust them with your family’s needs. I missed Cassie after she left, but I am grateful for Billy and his team.
We often put off leaving a review or sending a note of thanks, but when you’ve experienced poor treatment elsewhere, taking a moment to thank someone who truly cared for your needs can bring hope and joy. It’s a reminder that there are still people who genuinely care.
Today is a special day, and I want to share a special message of gratitude for the American love and care I’ve received over the past 12 years.
Happy 4th of July!
