5 /5 Jamie Carter: Our car was towed to East Hill on Monday night.I had never dealt with them before but was recommended by AAA so took a leap. I called early Tuesday morning to make sure the car got there and let them know what was going on. They said they would get back to me that afternoon, which was unheard of. Not use to that from the other couple of places that worked on our car. We got a call that afternoon and Dan let me know the things the car needed, and it was more than I wanted to pay for my 22yr old car but at the same time, the pricing was very reasonable for what all needed to be done, and gave me a return date of today.. Friday. I was in awe. Usually we were without our car a min of a month.. just ridiculous, but NOT here. Then I get a call Thursday. Everything was done, and a day early, I was thinking WOW, but then I hear but your alternator is really weak. We had it replaced a few years ago but there was a malfunction with it but where we got it that had the life time warranty was bought out.. that is soo my luck… but the other places were quoting ridiculous prices.. so I just kept holding out and when they gave me a $300 price which was 8 and 900 dollars less than the other shops. I said yep.. do it!!! Now Gladys my 22yr old car is driving and riding like she’s a new car again!!! Even with getting the alternator replaced.. we still got the car back today, which was the original ready date. Working with both Elizabeth and Dan was very pleasant and I will definitely be going back when need be.
