They told me other issues that I kind of knew about, but they confirmed and I will be taking it back for those. I was referred to them by a friend who takes all his cars there, and three are show cars. Great shop, honest and straight forward. Steven is awesome.

It started acting up a little bit and I took it to my good friend Steven Swift at Profast Auto Service on Palofax Street in Pensacola Florida. He got me in right away, executed the warranty on the transmission and had me back into my truck in 24 hours with a full brand new transmission (previous one busted a seal). Dis not cost me a dime due to the warranty. For 20 years it took me a long time to find someone I trust with my vehicle and this is the place! From the very first phone call, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the entire process, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident that my truck was in good hands. The turnaround time for the transmission replacement was impressive. They completed the job ahead of schedule, and I was kept informed every step of the way. When I picked up my truck, it was clear that they had gone above and beyond—not only was the transmission replaced, but they also performed a thorough inspection and took care of a couple of minor maintenance issues without any pressure to upsell. Driving my truck again feels like a brand-new experience! The transmission shifts smoothly, and I can tell the difference in performance.
