5 /5 Judith Stevenson: First, I’d like to say that this is the first time I’ve ever posted a review of a business. However, I feel so strongly about the service I’ve received since 1988 from EF auto and tire. Whether I’ve popped in for a nail in my tire, a set of new tires, brakes, oil change or any other issue with my car, they have always warmly greeted me and treated me with great, quick and efficient service. Bill and JC go above and beyond to be welcoming and go out of their way to be sure you are apprised of the issue, the cost and then the follow up when the work is complete. I’ve highly recommended them to other friends, who have been extremely satisfied as well. It says a lot to be able to consistently rely on a business that maintains the highest level of reliability and top-notch service. They treat you like family and for this reason I have been a client for more than 35 years. Great job guys!

For me, it os super important that you can trust and be confident in the team you take your car to. There have been countless times where their trust and honesty has been proven. Another important call out is their mechanics have also been there a long time so they obviously treat their people well and I get a sense of confidence knowing an experienced mechanic is working on our cars.

They’ll tell you when something needs to be done or doesn’t need to be done. They really don’t take advantage of you. I feel confident sending my wife or kids there. I was referred to them by a male customer, and as a female, I feel very comfortable and confident with their services. I highly recommend them!

5 /5 Joan Ickler: Nice front desk help. You can stop in for an oil change and unless they are super busy you can get service pretty quickly. The waiting room is also comfortable, so the wait is not at all unpleasant. Much nicer than many of the drive-thru places.
