We came in a day before Christmas Eve and they were able to take us in and show us exactly what was wrong. Luckily it was nothing urgent, so they fixed it right then and there and didn’t charge us anything at all. We’re so grateful and highly recommend this place!

5 /5 Peter Turso: Short version: These people are FANTASTIC! Long version: Theres a reason these people have the reviews they do. Let me explain. First of all, you should know that I dont let anyone touch any of my vehicles. Frankly, normally, its just too much of a hassle to undo the damage that they do and listen to all the nonsense that they spew. They usually try to sell you with fear to get work that you dont need. I went to Fountain knowing what the car needed. Rich was able to tell me what he would do and he knew exactly what he was talking about, 100%. Then, I sprung a little "extra" something that the vehicle had an oil leak. He, again, knew exactly what was going on took care of it. But here the best part, he doesnt over-charge. I dont mean he is "cheap"... I mean he does really high quality work for a fair and honest price - and he gets it done in a timely fashion while still explaining what is going on. Honestly, until now I would hate the thought of bringing any of my vehicles to anyone... but now... if theres work that I dont have the time to do - Fountain is getting the work. I have been to several mechanics & dealerships in the area and been taken advantage of at each one. I was afraid to turn my back on the dealership with my current vehicle and so happy I did, I would refer every family member to Fountain Auto if I could.
