5 /5 Jennys Road: What an absolute gem this place is. I was referred by Carvana for issues discovered on delivery and for a general check of the car. Unfortunately, they don’t work on German vehicles so I will have to go to the dealership if I need actual work done, but they were still able to help me out with my tires. I appreciate how honest and direct they were with me with regard to what they could and couldn’t do and how kindly put me at ease with my purchase, a good one (even though it’s a Volkswagen). So I’m going to get new tires with them and if ever I buy an American vehicle again, this is the only place I would take it. If you’re looking for an honest establishment and knowledgeable folks who aren’t here just to make a buck, you’ve found it. Don’t hesitate to give them a call. If they can help you, they surely will, and if they can’t, they won’t waste your time.

Chris is so down to earth and went above and beyond for me, finding a part to fix my AC saving me from having to go to the dealership and get ripped off. We traveled an hour to go here, and I will do it again if we ever have car trouble!

5 /5 L. J. Stephens: Highly recommend Elite! I have taken my vehicle to them on more than one occasion with warranty repairs. These guys are straight shooters and really care about their clients. They are professional and trustworthy and do their best to solve their customers problem even if it may affect the bottom line. This is the only shop that I would ever take my vehicles to!
