The lovely couple who own and operate Elite German are local gems, and a joy to speak with. I took my 2014 X5 to them when my check engine light came on suddenly, and to have them do a second inspection to compare against some work I was recommended from another shop in town. Needless to say I will be sticking with Elite German for all my BMW needs in the future. They were honest with me, and ended up saving me thousands of dollars in recommended repairs from the other local shop. Nothing but the best here!

5 /5 Ahmed Maamoun: knowledgeable, fair, and helpful. These guys are the best in the Jacksonville/St. Augustine area. I wouldnt trust my S550 with anyone else (not even the dealership!). If you drive a luxury car and want it fixed right at a reasonable price, Elite German Auto Service is the way to go.
