5 /5 T G: I have a 2001 car that has shown its age, one of the biggest issues I had was very very old and worn out struts/suspension. Initially, I had planned to replace them myself, I ordered the parts on RockAuto, did my research, and got to it, only to find That I did not have the tools to do the job due to rust. Coming up on 8pm I desperately called any shop I could think of, JJ from JEM Automotive was the only who responded quickly and honestly. After I told him whats up, he gave me a price that I literally couldnt beat in the Orlando area, I drove over immediately and met him in his shop. JJ was super courteous and respectful of the effort that I put in, and he put genuine effort into explaining how to do it right while he did it. Less than 2 hours later, we had my car re-assembled and it feels great. Im very happy with the service provided and when I need more car help I will be returning, It was well worth the time.
