Claudia at the front desk was so kind and accommodating and even though they usually require an appointment for drop-offs, they made an exception for me since I had an emergency with my tire and rim. I originally came in just to swap out a cracked rim, but Jose, my mechanic, went above and beyond. He noticed that my tire also needed to be replaced which is something I hadn’t realized. He did me a huge favor by finding an affordable replacement and even had it delivered within the hour. Thanks to their efficiency, I was back on the road in less than two hours! The level of customer service, honesty, and professionalism at JIG Auto is top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning for any future mechanic needs. Highly recommend!
