Very honest and dependable constant communication on my vehicle and what was going on before I could call. My car was fixed before the time it said it would be done and it runs better than when I first got it! As long as I am here I’ll always take my car here and recommend them to anyone!

5 /5 Bruce Wall: I was directed to Macks by the local Dodge dealership to address a VIN lock programming issue with my 2004 Dodge Ram created after a fuse box replacement. An issue Dodge wont, or cant, handle due to the age of the truck. The service at the front desk, and the interaction with the mechanic (Ashley), was exceptional. Friendly, honest and informative from the moment I stepped in the door. Ashley walked me through the diagnostic process, and even fixed an unidentified issue with the ECM at no cost. I highly recommend Macks. They are a small shop providing professional, competent, and very reasonably priced service. Its great to know that shops with this level of integrity still exist. I will not hesitate to utilize them in the future.

5 /5 Kyle Searfoss: Fantastic local mechanic shop, I’ve taken my 2019 Ranger here for everything from oil changes to full transmission replacements and they have been incredibly kind and straightforward since day one. They do a good job of talking you through the quotes they provide and try to give you multiple options for big repairs, highly recommend going to them over dealerships in the area.

5 /5 Morris Devereaux: For probably the forth or fifth time this year, Macs came through for me. Ive had a lot of electrical problems with my 2000 Jeep Wrangler, most of them self-inflicted. Ive taken it up there and said, "I just dont know what it is. Can you fix it?" And the answer has always been yes. And even though there was a lot of diagnostics, theyve always charged me less than I really thought it would cost. I just took them an unknown aftermarket stater solenoid that a Jeep isnt even supposed to have and they came up with a great, economical solution. Ill be leaving Crestview before long, but one thing Ill really regret is that I wont have Macs AutoTech where Im going.
