After a terrible hair experience, I was looking for someone to help me remedy the disaster another hairdresser did. I was in tears when I called Manou from a Google search. She asked that I send her before, after and pictures of the original style I had requested. When she saw them she told me to come immediately. She was very sympathetic and empathized with me. Manou was very patient, kind, and extremely knowledgeable about how to help fix the disaster someone else did. She studied my hair for texture, curl pattern, everything, and then made her recommendations. She took all the time necessary to remedy the situation and gave me care instructions to help my style my hair at home. I never felt rushed or anxious.
