5 /5 Ingemar Lopez: Service was prompt and professional. The doctors and staff (Dora, Dr Martin, and Amin) were very pleasant and helpful. It definitely beats the waiting at the Miami Lakes Baptist urgent care. It was very clean and neat. I recommend wholeheartedly. The only drawback could be parking. This shopping plaza has a publix and cvs among a gas station, McDonalds, polo norte, subway and others. I did not have an issue parking right in front of it.

5 /5 Alex Gutierrez: Amazing urgent care center, along with even better staff. Beautiful lobby, extremely modernized, and maintained clean. Carmen the Patient Financial Representative was super welcoming and comforting, along with possessing great social skills to help me feel at ease with my visit. Radiology Tech Vanessa was extremely professional as well, worked swiftly with no wasted movements, alongside with high professionalism, confidence in her work, along with being calm, comforting, and down to earth with small conversations throughout my visit, treating me not only as a patient, but a human being too. Lastly, Dr. Arroyo was very straight to the point with his care, which is greatly appreciated, along with being simple and to the point when talking to me, ensuring that I understand what he is communicating with me. He also continuously asked me questions to ensure that I can receive the best medical diagnosis and for him to best understand my situation, and being to act accordingly. Amazing staff, great visit, and can’t recommend enough.

5 /5 Mini Lugo-Brito: As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a very nice front desk gentleman. My wait time in the lobby was 10 minutes max. MA. Dora & Dr. Arroyo were very nice and explained everything clearly. As I was leaving the facility the Vanessa, Elisabeth, and the rest of the staff wished me well. My visit took 25 minutes max. I would recommend this Urgent Care to everyone.

5 /5 Marie Fe Mungcal: Excellent facility! I have been a patient here several times and everyone is always so professional, welcoming, and compassionate. Amin and Carmen at the front desk always greet me with a smile. The Medical Assistants Dora and Ana are so sweet. And Vannessa and Faith are great!! Dr. Martin and Dr. Arroyo always listen to my concerns and make me feel at ease. Even Elisabeth the manager is extremely helpful!!! I take my whole family here when they need urgent care and they always have good experiences. Thank you everyone for all you do!!!!!
