5 /5 Fred: I brought my highlander in for some routine maintenance and to check my a/c, the very nice young lady at the front desk, Madelyn I think, was very helpful and knowledgeable about the repairs to my highlander. I appreciate the time that was taken to explain the service and repairs even for something simpler. It’s hard nowadays to find a repair shop that you can trust and that will take the time to explain repairs before pushing you out of the door.

5 /5 Mark Finnican: I brought my car to Mikes after an accident for body work and while I had my car there I got the oil changed and the tires rotated. Mikes did an excellent job repairing and painting the damage to my car. They worked with the other insurance company to make sure my car was repaired correctly. The oil change and tire rotation was done as well.

Renee, behind the service desk is always on point and able to answer questions. She goes out of her way for her customers and is always polite. The mechanics are great at what they do. After a leak dye test was performed, it was determined that I had a leak on one of my lines and my compressor had failed. The team over at Mikes took great care of me by getting my A/C system back up and running in a timely manner. I appreciate Chris and the rest of the team for the exceptional service during my time there. I have already scheduled my partners vehicle for service and will be back in the future for any needed repairs. 5/5 stars!
