5 /5 Jonna Weissenbach: Great experience considering I didn’t want to be there. I broke my arm and tailbone and was transported by ambulance. The staff was superior from checking me in to nursing staff and X-ray personnel. The Dr was great also. Everyone was efficient, compassionate, accommodating. Can’t thank them enough.

I searched for a hospital with a great reputation, and the reviews were spot on—this place is a gem for urgent needs. The staff truly care, going above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The overnight staff were especially amazing, adding that extra touch to help me get my health back on track. Even the cafeteria food was delicious and fresh! I’m incredibly grateful for how they took care of me and helped me heal faster than I ever expected.

The entire staff, from the front desk to the nurses and doctor ( Silvio Chavez,MD) were friendly, efficient, and truly caring. I was quickly assessed and treated, and the communication throughout the process was outstanding. The facilities were clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail. From the fire rescue and paramedics to the administrative staff, nurses, radiologists, technicians, and anyone else I may have missed — you were all absolutely phenomenal. I was rushed to the hospital from the Universal Resort property, and I can’t thank the entire night shift team enough. I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and respect, and was continuously checked on throughout the night, even as the healthcare team attended to other emergencies. The doctor, Dr. Vann, was particularly outstanding, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. I truly appreciate every single one of you and the care you provided.
