5 /5 Nikki Graham-Folks: I am currently a referred patient here, and have yet to come for a visit - but I wanted to already write how blown away I have been with the level of service and care I am receiving from just the Customer Experience staff. My husband is in the military which makes it pretty tricky for us to schedule appointments which align with him being home - however, it being our first child, I am trying my hardest at being proactive. Samantha and Kaylee have gone above and beyond the call of duty to try to make it happen for us. Knowing that Mondays are their busiest days - they have been jumping through hoops to ensure that I can get an appointment during the 3 day span of when my husband is home, and I couldnt be more grateful. However you are training your team on empathy, compassion, and kindness is working - I have yet to see an MD and I know we will be well taken care of. Thank you Samantha and Kaylee!
