5 /5 Merline Davis: I just had a total right hip replacement surgery. And it was great. Pain was minimal. Staff was amazing and the rooms are a plus. I only stayed overnight but the nurses tending to my care made sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed.

5 /5 Charlotte Maier: I spent two nights at the brand new Horizon West Hospital with cardiac issues. The staff: from doctors to aides, and especially the nurses, were professional and caring. They all took great care of me, answered all of my questions, and helped me recover quickly. The rooms are very comfortable, quiet, and clean. I have been in other hospitals that were noisy and cramped! I received excellent medical treatment from the staff at Horizon West.

The hospital is well-organized, and it’s clear that they take a team approach to patient care. Everyone knew their individual responsibilities but also worked seamlessly together. Even as I was leaving, they made sure I understood my next steps for care and assigned two case managers to help me schedule future appointments. Their attention to detail and commitment to patient support really stood out. Highly recommend!

5 /5 Eric Wasson: Had a great experience with an outpatient surgery event Orlando Health Horizon West Hospital. The facility is brand new and it shows in every detail. Security is strong, and checkin was very fast and efficient. Staff attitude is friendly and helpful. Nursing attention was intense and constant. I felt safe and in control while I was awake. After the procedure, checkout was again easy and quick. All said, it was a first class experience.

5 /5 Ian Chamberlain: No one wants to be hospitalized, but this place is amazing! Just spent 4 days here on the 3rd floor. I experienced why they have a 4.8 rating on Google. Absolutely gorgeous new hospital. Each person introduced themselves, and with the whiteboard in the room, you always knew who was taking care of you that day. Clean and fancy rooms, very big but cozy. Staff is super friendly, Doctors, RN nurses, PT, Neurological, nursing assistants, cleaning crew, in hospital transport for tests, records department, are all attentive and caring. The food was phenomenal. It is made by world class chefs. Everyday. To the point where a catering associate would stop by my room to take my order before every meal. I attached the menu. Could not be happier. If you need them in the future, I highly recommend.
