5 /5 Natasha Martinez: I had the unfortunate experience at another urgent care near by that had left my son and me waiting over 2.5 hours to be seen. After realizing that my son was feeling worst and I wasn’t going to be helped, I called Trucare and Ms. Christina heard my son coughing and how upset he was and told me to bring him in immediately. The moment I walked in it took them 3 mins to get us into the room and checked out. I’m so grateful to her and the staff. Little one is on the road to feeling better.

Office Manager Ms Christina was beyond helpful and knowledgeable! Jennifer and Chris were amazing with my daughter! great bedside manner!! we were in and out pretty fast

In less than 10mins I was called back, saw Jennifer the nurse practitioner who was also very kind and pleasant! I have never had such a positive experience at a doctors office, let alone urgent care. Highly recommend… the staff truly cares :)
