They were all very friendly, welcoming and thorough. The facility is a very nice with a calming atmosphere and I highly recommend them for your medical needs.

Happy with care received and feeling much better! Highly recommend for anyone needing care quickly and cannot get in to primary care doctor.

He gave me instructions for follow up care verbally and with a hand out as I left. I was very pleased with my experience at Patients First!

The pricing schedule with included services is posted online so there are no surprises when you arrive. They set clear expectations upfront and I love the transparency of that. As I sat there, the front desk was very clear about the wait time with everyone that checked in, again, setting very clear expectations for service. Once I went back, the staff was very attentive and focused on me and my comfort during my visit. I had a slight emergency during my treatment but before I could panic any more, they were right there! Helping me, making me comfortable and giving me time to feel better. I couldn’t have asked for better service anywhere.

5 /5 Lindsay Chason Tillie: This is a well-run, friendly and efficient operation! During an out of town visit I became terribly ill and turned to Patients First for help. Online appointment booking and insurance check-in was easy. The office staff was cheery and welcoming. My nurse was great and the Physicians Assistant I saw was knowledgeable, caring, and listened to me. Within 30 minutes I had a diagnosis and prescriptions in hand. I wish urgent care in my home town was this good. Highly recommend.
