5 /5 Jamie Brown: I took my daughters to another salon today (on a Sunday) for their 1st set of acrylic nails for the start of the school year...one got a great set and the other got a horrible set by another technician. I didnt realize how bad they were until we left, she & I were very disappointed. We went over to Regal Nails in the hope they were open to try and get them fixed. We didnt have an appointment but when we told Lam what the situation was he took us in as a walk-in when he didnt have to and OMG I cannot say enough about how incredible he was to us, especially my daughter. He told her he wanted her first nail experience to be amazing and thats exactly what she got!! He fixed her nails and gave her an amazing set!! She was all smiles!! I dont leave a lot of reviews unless a business truly earns them but Lam & Regal Nails definitely impressed!! I cannot thank him enough or give enough praises to the above and beyond customer service we received today....we will definitely be back!!!

5 /5 Janessi Ruiz: Came in from out of town searching for a last minute nail shop. I am extremely picky with acrylic nails. I can honestly say I was not disappointed! I called to see if they took walk ins and they did not. However, the young lady who answered the phone was quick to accommodate me with the earliest appointment. Which so happened to be in 30 minutes. The staff are great very welcoming and space is clean. Products they use smell amazing and great prices. When back in town will definitely be coming here. Highly recommend 10/10.
