5 /5 jen miller: I had a great first-time experience at the nail salon. The staff were friendly and even offered me coffee. My nail artist, Lyn, was very understanding and listened to my concerns. She manually removed my old gel using foil and acetone, then gently buffed my nails instead of using a drill due to my nail sensitivity.I was indecisive about the nail art, but Lyn gave me a few helpful suggestions. The lady who did my pedicure (her name starts with "H") seemed new but was very nice, a good listener, and did a great job with my gel pedicure.Overall, the customer service was excellent. I will definitely come back for Lyn.
