5 /5 Jonathan Macintyre: I cannot speak highly enough of Shores Automotive, of Billy and his whole team. I know it can be hard finding a good auto shop where the mechanics are honest and aren’t ripping you off. You don’t have to worry about that here. Billy and his whole team have the highest integrity. I have brought my car here many times, and they have been nothing but helpful and looking out for my best. They’re quick to respond, they get the job done well, and they treat your car as if it was their own. It’s very obvious that they prioritize helping their customers and making them happy. They’re very caring people, and they really know their stuff. I would highly recommend bringing your car here.

I started going to them for routine maintenance on my Mercedes and have also used them for unplanned repairs. I find them to be very responsive, have top notch customer service and above all - honest. They explain the issues, keep me informed every step of the way and never try to pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The shop is family owned, which is also a bonus. Billy and his team are awesome. I wish I would have found them sooner!

You would think its common practice to do simple things like that, but its hard to find a shop like that nowadays. Your not just another number in this place. They did a pre purchase inspection for us and took their time going over the car and answering any questions we had. They also pointed out all the recent repairs done to the car. We were able to confidently purchase the vehicle. They were very honest about the condition and age of the car and discussed with us in detail what we were buying. We left with an oil change and a free car wash! We love the car and have had no issues with it. Thank you Billy and staff.

Each time a repair has come up they have been very honest and transparent on the extent of the problem, what needs to be done and the cost involved. This is one of the only shops I have been to where I know they are not trying to take advantage of me.
