5 /5 Linda Rio: I was referred to South Bay Automotive by my cousin after receiving a quote for repairs from another shop (in Leesburg) which was outrageous. South Bay completed the necessary repairs at a fraction of what I was quoted elsewhere. I never felt like I was being taken advantage of, which occurs, unfortunately, as a female seeking service in the auto industry. I am so pleased. I will definitely return to South Bay Automotive for any future needs. 5 stars for quality, professional service!

I’ve brought them everything from a Honda Fit and a Mazda Tribute to a Chevy Express Van and even an old Ford shuttle bus — and every time, they’ve delivered honest, reliable, and top-quality service. Whether it’s a big repair job or a quick oil change (which, by the way, might be the cheapest in town.), they treat you with the same level of care and professionalism. What really sets them apart is their customer service. I always feel taken care of, and more importantly, I trust them completely. They don’t upsell or pressure you. If it’s not broken, they don’t fix it. I especially appreciate bringing my vehicles in before road trips for peace of mind. They check the fluids, rotate the tires, and make sure everything’s ready to go. It’s clear this is a shop the community trusts. even the local police bring their cars here. Despite how busy they are, I’m often surprised how quickly they can get me in. I feel lucky every time I get an appointment because I value their work so much. South Bay Auto is the only place I keep going back to. Thanks for keeping us on the road. Highly recommend!

They’ve always taken excellent care of my vehicle, explaining everything in detail and making sure I fully understand the work being done.
