I went to her for a trim and an eyebrow wax and tint because she was willing to work around my work schedule. I had an amazing experience! She was very cautious about the length she took. She told me what we needed to cut to get rid of the dead ends, vs what shed recommend for healthy growth, but didnt move forward until I made a decision. She wasnt going to take more than necessary, but she also didnt want to take more than what I was comfortable with. She kept me informed and let me make the decisions the whole time. I had BAD post partum hair loss when I had my son two years ago.. Im talking legit bald spots. Not just one. Multiple. My hair is still thin and fragile from it. Not only that, but I havent dyed my hair in two years, so Im trying to enhance my natural hair color. Tori has SO MUCH KNOWLEDGE on products that can enhance all of the things! She has ordered me some products to help enhance my natural hair color, and she even talked with me about her own personal experiences with post partum hair loss, and how to gain volume and health back.
