5 /5 W Samantha: We rushed our daughter to the ER at 2 am for a very high fever that otc meds just couldn’t bring down. The front desk was very helpful and the charge nurse immediately brought us back and got the process going. Staff did so well with our baby during swabs, medicine, etc. Dr Nimmons had great bedside manner and answered any questions we had kindly and thoroughly. Trips in the past to Bixler haven’t always been the best, but this one- everything was great and we are thankful. Everyone was quick acting/thinking which means a lot to a scared mama and daddy in the middle of the night.

5 /5 Dam C: Had a great experience at Bixler Emergency Department. All the staff did their absolute best to give me excellent service and help me. I was treated with the upmost respect and empathy, the room and ED equipment was clean and organized. Thank you Liz, RN for being such a great and knowledgeable nurse, also thanks to Dr. Peters for listening and giving me the best possible care and treatment. Grateful to registration, transport, ultrasound techs and all the staff present. Your service was great and you should be proud of that great work.
