She also emailed everything we discussed after the appointment which was a huge help. I would highly recommend her expertise for curly hair!

The experience was very customized to my needs and hair. Jessica does her research and cares about how you prefer to be seen. It was so refreshing to experience. The payment model was also refreshing and easy. Historically I have found classic cutteries and salons overwhelming and overbearing. We were in communication beforehand and I knew what to expect. This was a perfect welcome back to allowing another to cut my hair in over a decade. My curl pattern is mostly 3b, medium to fine hair, and medium, to lower density. She taught me so much about my hair and the cut, just perfection! She is a gift and I am very grateful I asked a stranger where she got her hair done, who directed me to Jessica. If you’re on the fence, book an appointment. I left not only with a gorgeous haircut, but my soul was truly touched. It was such an amazing experience that I will be returning.

Jessica made me feel super comfortable and listened to my routine, preferences and concerns. I have never really felt that way with any other stylist. She gave me the perfect cut and helped me to find products that actually work. I was never pushed into buying products that I wouldnt actually use. I appreciate the time she took to make sure I understood what she was doing and how to replicate it once I got home. I received an email detailing products she used, steps to refresh and many recommendations around Jacksonville. Jessica is truly one of kind and I cant wait for my next haircut.
