5 /5 Jessica C: I’m new to the area, and I always get a little anxious when it comes to finding a trustworthy mechanic—especially since I don’t know much about cars. It’s hard to know who to trust.
I needed to get my axles fixed, so I went to a couple of the big-name shops first, and wow... the prices were ridiculous. It honestly felt like they were trying to take advantage, which is really disappointing—especially in this economy.
Someone once told me it’s always better to go to a local mom-and-pop shop, so I decided to check out Tom’s Auto Repair—and I’m so glad I did. They were honest, fast, and offered really fair prices. On top of that, they even pointed me in the right direction to get good tires.
I’d much rather support shops like Tom’s over the big chain stores any day. Highly recommend!
