5 /5 Garrel Behrends: Had a car break down on a trip to Illinois. Needed a new transmission. The dealership in town failed me and based on reviews, Triple D was selected. What a lucky choice. Dennis was wonderful. He not only repaired the car he did it on a time crunch. He made some promises and followed through on everything. Too bad I couldn’t give more than 5 stars. Sam was also very helpful and court.

5 /5 Cynthia Daniels: Over the past three years Triple D Automotive has helped us keep our cars safely on the road. Ms. Sam in the office is so kind and helpful. And Mr. Dennis took his time explaining and showing me the problem and outlined the steps to correct it. Very happy to have a functioning car and affordable fixes.

5 /5 Eva Arnold: Traveling out of state for the Gator Nationals when our vehicle suddenly lost turbo power. Our hotel recommended Johnny’s Auto Repair nearby in Lake City. Contacted the very nice desk clerk and after checking they could not see it immediately. However they kindly recommended Triple D Auto Repair that was previously owned by same person. Arrived at Triple D Automotive and after actual listening to what I thought the problem was, offered to look at it and in reality, it was my turbo hose popped off. If there was a 10 star for the honesty, humor, friendliness and knowledge….I would definitely have given a 10. FYI: Google Maps gives wrong location. 819 SE Putman is a light blue 2 story bldg directly across the school, you’ll see the bay doors. Highly recommend, best experience ever!!!

5 /5 Colby: Shop was very accommodating after taking my car in. Employees were very understanding and helped me out of a tough situation with my car, despite the fact that I never ended up going through with repairs. Even helped me push my car across the street.

5 /5 Matt Van Wormer: We spent from 9am - 5pm on the side of the road from our bearing blowing out and almost causing our front right wheel to entirely come off (at 70 mph on a 3 line highway). Had an incredibly frustrating day trying to deal with Uhaul. No food, no water etc for the day. We arrived with a 15 footer, on a tow truck and were having a moving company coming to switch out our load at 6:30pm. Did I say there was an imminent tornado at 7pm. Tara, the super woman (did I say amazing human being) realized the problems with heavy rains, darkness and moving from one truck to another. She switched out our truck to a 26 footer with the blessings of the owner. They ate the cost - she just couldnt condone what was about to happen, given what wed been through. We backed the trucks up to each other and Prime Residential Movers (who were very professional) were able to get the work done with very minimal rain issues. Did I say it was after hours? If Tara is any indication of Johnnys Auto - I would give them my first born, let alone my business. THESE are the kind of people that inspire me!
