5 /5 Qydru Harper-Brunson: Dr.Hood, Nurse Aira, Nurse Laurel in Shands Hospital ER are very kind and compassionate. I was feeling very left out when it came to my own care but they made sure to inform me on everything. Doctor Hood was my admitting doctor and he is very kind and thorough. Nurse Aira was my admitting nurse and she extremely thoughtful, kind, and fast sometimes too fast and that is not to say in a negative way but it can be overwhelming but other than that shes a great nurse. Nurse Laurel is so kind and very sweet, She made sure to feed me and communicated well with the doctors about me being frustrated due to not being informed. Other than that all the other staff and medical professionals seemed great but I didnt have enough interaction with them to actually tell.
