Even during times when I was unable to schedule ahead or had to make a schedule adjustment due to something unexpected that came up, she was truly understanding. Her kindness and efforts in this way, as well as her exceptional care in providing a truly wonderful and positive customer experience, really means a lot!
On a final note, I would like to make mention that I have been getting my nails done at Venetian Nail Spa for almost four years now and have always been so impressed by the attentiveness and care of the staff and exceptional quality of the services provided.
