This showed me that he listened to my story and treated me like a person. He eventually dug deep and figured out the problem and quoted me. The work was done hardly three hours later and the invoice was even $55 less than he originally quoted. He even double checked and fixed something he missed before I picked it up, and didn’t add anything to the invoice. Very honest efficient man. No nonsense, no frills, just straight forward conversation, cost, and work. Makes the stressful situation of a broken car much easier.
