Their system to inspect a vehicle in very thorough and customer focused. The report included faults found, pictures and even a video. Charles is the person I dealt with and he was extremely helpful and willing to discuss the car and inspection thoroughly and ensure that I was as informed as I could be. 5 /5 Kevin Tipton: Back in April I flew up to Atlanta to pick up a new to me M235i. The dealership it was at just so happened to be down the road from OTP Automotive. I had heard great things about the place from friends and on ATLBimmers. I contacted Ken ahead of time to see if he could fit me in for an oil change and was more than happy to do so. Ken is extremely friendly and knowledgeable on these cars and went out of his way to to make sure I had a great experience. 11/10 would use him again and recommend anyone in the area to use him.

I will never take our car to anyone else

I go 40 miles out of my way to have my car serviced here and spend the extra money to take an Uber home b/c I trust these guys.
