5 /5 Trateria Gaines: These are the nicest most hard working people in the industry. They are giving and considerate and truly Gods people. This past Christmas me and my 6 children were gifted COMPLETELY free of charge by them with a Chevy Tahoe!!! It’s changed our lives. One small gesture from them. I’ve brung my truck in twice cause I was nervous and just wanted to check on it and they were more than willing to look at it and service whatever needs I may have had (lol it was nothing!). I’m forever grateful and me and my kids will never forget that one Christmas Auto Aid changed each of our experiences with one huge gesture. I wish I could put into words the appreciation we feel. I wish I could explain how much our world needs more people looking out for each other. In every way I can I try to show that generosity to others. Thank you. I’m forever grateful and I’ll never stop telling people what you all did for us.

5 /5 Mandy Owens: I got some unfortunate news about my car. The staff here are so kind and compassionate. You dont find that amount of empathy in companies anymore. They genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond what is expected. They are doing everything they can to fix my vehicle for the best price as well as put me in a loaner car so I wouldnt miss work. I cant say enough about how grateful I am for the people here. They have made a lifelong customer out of me as well as the rest of my family.

5 /5 Rhoda Sparrow: Ive been dealing with auto aid for 8 months now due to the fact that I had to have an interlock. Having the interlock has been so stressful but dealing with auto a id had made the experience much better. They are really a professional and friendly group I would recommend them to anyone
