I heard of Jim LaPlant thru word of mouth from local Mercedes dealers all over Atlanta. I finally took my car in and am OVERJOYED with the results. The customer service was outstanding! Jim was ready to work on the car as soon as I dropped it off and had the install WITH BACK UP CAMERA completed the same day! The install looks completely factory and I’m thrilled. I definitely will be bringing my car back for more upgrades. Service is great and pricing is fair! I would 110% recommend getting work on your beloved car done by Jim!! -Ben

5 /5 Raju CSP: Mr Jim - Professionalism personified. 30+ years experience, Mercedes specialist - but down to earth professional. Im glad I met him. My Dash Cam was falling off, and BestBuy had its own process of appointment even for a 3 to 5 minutes job. And long waits for suitable slots. A Google search pointed Auto Accessories and glad that I went. Mr Jim rushed and helped with setup in less than 5 minutes. Highly appreciate: no appointment, walk in, he is hands full with work, but just attended me. I will visit again for any of my auto needs in the future.
